Mini split units downstairs and central HVAC upstairs. A bonus touch - ceiling fans are in every bedroom including the sunroom and living room! With a driveway for 2 cars, backyard patio with outdoor seating, as well as a balcony overlooking the happenings on the street below, the outdoor spaces have just as much to offer as inside. There’s so much we love about this home. Our happy place, and we hope it can be yours, too!

This home has many wonderful features such as an open layout for relaxing and entertaining, driveway for up to two cars for off street parking (difficult to find in the height of the summer season), and a sunroom off the living room, perfect for lounging and enjoying a drink after a long day at the beach! The Neighborhood:

Margate is the best of everything the Jersey Shore has to offer! It is a community of beautiful beaches and dramatic bay views. Margate is perfect for those who want to enjoy a small town lifestyle with access to big city nightlife. Its sense of community shines through its stunning mix of new homes and those which have stood along the tree and fountain-lined streets for over 100 years. Margate boasts numerous places to worship, shop and play; including a tree-lined walkable business district filled with restaurants, cafes and boutique shops offering a variety of eclectic wares and mouth-watering flavor profiles.

Our waterfront boasts some of the most stunning sunsets along the Jersey Shore and there are many draws for those who enjoy water-sports, including paddle-boarding, jet skiing, fishing and boating. After a day on the water, enjoy a meal on the waterfront at one of our many restaurants which feature fare from casual to meals that will satisfy the most select palate.

Margate has many opportunities for the vacationer looking to be in the middle of everything. After you have seen our National Historic Landmark, the famed Lucy the Elephant, join the nature lovers bird-watching in the nearby marsh areas or travel to our neighboring communities like Atlantic City where the opportunities for date night include comedy shows, concerts and casinos. Margate hosts the largest beach party at the Jersey Shore every summer Beachstock.

Bachelorette Beach Weekend

The house and location were perfect for a fun filled, relaxing weekend in Ventnor and Margate. The house is perfectly placed between the beach and the town for shopping, eating and celebrating. Terrific vacation house in margate

This is a fantastic property located in Margate close to shops, dining and the beach. A terrific neighborhood. House is immaculate and up to date with new furnishings. Parking in the neighborhood can be tricky during the holiday weekends but this house comes with a driveway for two cars. We had a wonderful family getaway.

Beautiful home for all ages

We had a 4 generation family reunion at the beach and boardwalk! It was perfect for all ages. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs. The location is very convenient to the beach and boardwalk. There is a crosswalk and traffic light to cross both Atlantic and Ventnor Avenues. We highly recommend a stay here!

Fantastic Thanksgiving getaway

Our family had a beautiful Thanksgiving weekend in Margate at this tastefully renovated home. It looks exactly as it does in the pictures, no surprises. We cooked the full meal in the kitchen, which had the necessary pots and pans, a large refrigerator and a brand new stove and oven, but didn’t have all the utensils we needed, but we still made it work. The living space and dining-kitchen area are perfect for spending time together as a family. Allison responded quickly to any questions we had. We highly recommend.

Wonderful beach stay

Family stayed at this location for a special 60th birthday celebration. The hosts replied to all of our emails promptly and were very accommodating with our late check out. While it rained almost the whole trip we were so comfortable spending time in the house with each other. There is plenty of space and the pictures are just as beautiful as the house! It was very clean and plenty of room for everyone. I would recommend the host supply more toilet paper but otherwise such a wonderful stay. The only downside to the house is the thin walls, you can hear everyone talking downstairs from the upstairs bedrooms as if they are in the room next to you. If you are a lite sleeper bring earplugs! In addition, to access the beach you have to climb about 5 steps up and down a small overpass over a wall so if anyone is wheelchair bound or unable to do the stairs this would be a limiting factor. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house!

Steps away from iconic restaurants such as Waterdog, Dim Sum and Then Some, and Cafe No 7311, the options for dining and going out are endless.

What makes this property unique

We are 12 houses from the beach, and less than a 5 minute drive to Atlantic City. You can do it all, or do absolutely nothing - the choice is yours! Many restaurants, cafes, bars, and the beach are all within walking distance from the house. Restaurants along the bay side of the island are a longer walk but still doable. Ubers are very easy to get as well.
