Brand new contemporary 5 bedroom/3.5 bathroom intracoastal bayfront home. With a boat slip out back, pull your boat right up or kayak, canoe, or swim right off the dock! Half a mile to the beach via Dorset Ave.

With Elevator access to all four floors, your entire family or group can stay comfortably.

FIRST FLOOR:
Two car piggy back garage.
Pick the elevator up from here for those who need it or if you packed a little too much. Door from garage leads to the fenced in off street two car piggy back parking.
Access to the decks from here or from the main floor.
The side drive or the lower deck are both perfect for a game of cornhole!

2ND FLOOR:
The main floor is an open floor concept with an eat in kitchen with seating for 6 at the counter.
The dining area has an extendable table with 10 chairs.
This level also has a powder room and a large living room with a 65 inch cable smart tv, waterfront views from all angles, and a deck with a grill which leads down to a larger bottom deck and your private dock.
The kitchen has new quartz countertops, brand new appliances including a dishwasher, pots and pans set for cooking, a toaster, a toaster oven, blender, a coffee maker, and a high chair.

3RD FLOOR:
Large master bedroom with a full in suite bathroom with double sink vanity and it's own private deck (enjoy your morning coffee on the outdoor lounge set and some quiet time here). The pack-n-play is stored in the master closet should you need it for your little one to use you can find it here.

The third floor has 2 additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full and a full bathroom in the hall.

Each bedroom on this floor has its own smart TV.

You'll also find the new washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board on this floor in the hall laundry closet.

4TH FLOOR:
Two more bedrooms each with waterfall beds (sleeps 3) and a 3rd full bathroom complete with large bath tub.

Quick Lyft/Uber ride to the casinos. Free wifi throughout.

This is a dream vacation home! Comfortably sleeps 14 guests with a pullout sofa in the living room.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had an amazing family vacation at this perfect home on the Bay. The house was big enough for all of us to be comfortable, and it was beautiful and clean too. Having access to the bay was an added benefit (the kids swam all day), and it was just a short walk to the beach. The house has everything a family needs.

Great house for a family vacation

The house was very beautifully described and lived up to the details. There was plenty of room for our immediate family and grandparents. The owners provide plenty of extras.... the kitchen was stacked, cleaning products, extra towels, floats for then at, and bikes for daily rides! The location was both quiet but also very close to local stores, ice cream, coffee, and restaurants. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Experience at this property

Overall, the experience was OK, but beneath our expectations. The checkin process was highly unsatisfactory. We were told we could check in at 3:00 p.m. -- we arrived shortly after 3 but the code provided to us did not work. I called all four emergency phone numbers given to me. Three had no response and one was an inaccurate phone number. I was very concerned and finally called VRBO who reached the owner and we were given a different code to get in. The layout and size of the house were great for our group. However, it was not cleaned thoroughly. Toilets were dirty, lots of crumbs, dust, food, etc. under the sofas. Just not really clean. In addition, a garage door opener and two bikes were promised to us. There was no garage door opener and one of the bikes could not be ridden due to the inability to adjust the seat. I do not feel like I got my money's worth at this property given my experience.

A perfect location for a Fall getaway

The property was located on the back bay with its own private dock which was wonderful at sunset. The home itself was well appointed with comfortable furniture and big-screen tvs. No toiletries or laundry pods were supplied which was surprising as was a cracked ceiling above the dining table from water damage. These all felt a bit out of place for a home this nice. The beds were comfortable but another oddity was the smell of the bedding. It was overpowering from some sort of fragrant detergent. We even washed the sheets to see if it would dissipate to no avail. However, those complaints are minor and the home itself really was in a fantastic location just blocks from Ventnor Coffee and the beach. The views of the bay were great too. Would definitely recommend!

Family Getaway 🤩

Our yearly shore vacation was so enjoyable with all the convenience & amenities of this house. An easy walk to the beach, great bike riding & sun! We brought a big party float & enjoyed that after the beach & caught crabs off the dock. The views at all times of the day are really nice off the decks & makes for a very relaxing stay. We’ll be back!!

Holiday away from home

We rented the home to be closer to family in the PA/NJ area for Thanksgiving, and to be somewhere different (:-). The home was just as pictured and immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The home was close to stores for food shopping for the holiday. The bedrooms were large and clean, although we only needed two of them, and the balconies on each level gave great views of the sunsets each evening, overlooking the marina. I can imagine the home would be quite nice during summer months for a large family, being so close to the beach. We would consider again if we come back to the area in the summer. The garage parking was nice to keep our car off the street with the colder temps.

Beautiful large home with a great shore vibe. Really appreciated the easy bay access with kayak/paddle boards/floats) and the large 2 car garage for storage in addition to 2 car (front/back) driveway. Easy to work with/communicate with the owners and would definitely recommend to others.

We had lots of fun at the property. Kids liked sleeping and watching tv on the bunk beds. Enjoyed bay view from the deck. Also, love that kitchen was well equipped. Good to have all streaming channels such as Netflix, Disney etc all signed in. Hosts were nice and helpful and provided responses in a timely manner.

Great house!!

We stayed at this property for 2 months. The property managers were very helpful and nice. The home was ideal for the times we had large groups of people and the times there were only 3 of us. The third floor bedrooms were great for company and also for a home office. The views are absolutely amazing!! Sitting on the back porches for coffee in the morning was a dream. We were able to dock our boat at the house and go out for a ride anytime we wanted to. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.
