The gîte "La Réserve", completely renovated in 2017, is a gite for 2 people (+1 or 2 children), ideally located in a charming village in the heart of Charente-Maritime, Luchat, between Saintes / Royan / Marennes-Oléron , for couple or family vacation.

In a family setting, Claude, Bruno and their children will welcome you in an independent 45 m² gite with mezzanine bedroom..

- fitted kitchen: fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster;
- TV;
- open bedroom with queen-size bed, sheets provided;
- BZ (sleeping for children)
- shower room with WC;
- Wifi access;
- private terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs,

- parking on the property.
- inground salt pool, shared, 9x4, open from May to September, depending on the weather.

Cleaning fee € 50.(option)

deposit of 300 € by check, paid on arrival and not cashed, returned after inventory.

You will appreciate the calm of the countryside while enjoying the many tourist sites:
- Saintes 10 min away and its archaeological sites, Mecca of Saintonge, famous for its Romanesque churches,
- The coast 25 minutes away with its beaches (St Georges de Didonne, Royan, Ronce les Bains, the Wild Coast), its cliffs (Meschers sur Gironde) and its magnificent walks along the customs road,
- The islands (Oléron, Aix, Ré),
- The Gironde estuary, its ports and its villages (Talmont sur Gironde) leading to Blaye then to Bordeaux (1h),
- The famous Cognac vineyard, its distilleries and its historic town,
- Fortified cities (Brouage, Rochefort and its Hermione, La Rochelle),

The walks on the water will make you discover the thread of the Charente, the famous Fort Boyard, the Gironde estuary, the parks of Marennes / Oléron or the Green Venice.

As a family, you will appreciate the Zoo of La Palmyre (30 min), the Puy du Fou (2h), the Futuroscope (1h30) or the aquarium of La Rochelle (1h).
