Whistler Wonderland

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was great, the place was clean and it was fun having our own hot tub.. Could have used a few more homey touches, but that's getting very particular :) Overall, lots of fun and we would go back and stay in the same place!

Excellent Stay

Third time staying at Blackcomb Base and this was by far our best. Lots of space for a family of five, patio and private outdoor spa are wonderful, and Apple TV made watching our shows easy.

Perfect Ski Location

Great place, very nice furniture and cozy apartment with all appliances needed. Two minute-walking to the lift and close to the best hotels and nice restaurants at Blackcomb.

Best Seat in the House

The accommodations were perfect. Location to gondola and kids ski school amazing. The best part was being able to sit by the large windows drinking coffee watching the spectacle that is the gondola line in the morning.

Unbeatable location

We had a wonderful time. The location is walking distance to everything in Blackcomb. Unfortunately we hit some freezing days (-20*C) and it was hard to keep the Appartement warm.

Conference accomodations

What a treat to have all this space close to where our conference was. I have stayed at Le Chamois quite a few times over the years and have always enjoyed the rooms of various sizes but enjoy the larger suites the most. Having our own private roof top deck and hot tub was nice too. I`ll book here again.

Ski vacation with adult children

Great location, at the base of the blackcomb gondola. Condo well suited for ski holiday with boot dryer and space to hang coats. Parking was convenient. Very nice to have private hottub and BBQ. Would stay again. Whistler ideal was easily contacted by phone.

Our Happy Place .

My family had a wonderful time in the condo. The patio off the kitchen was perfect for morning coffee . After our day hiking the hot tub was a blessing at the end. We even watched a movie one night in the living room .Its in a great spot walking distance to everything. I hope to return to whistler next summer and would like to rent it again if it is available. We loved the time there .

Excellent Condo in a great location!

This property exceeded our family of four expectations! The location in Blackcomb Village was ideal for us......close to gondola to easily get on slopes, situated among many nice shops, grocery market, liquor store, spa, and many more! The living room, bedrooms, and kitchen are very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, glasses, and plateware. Ski equipment storage was very convenient. AND, we thoroughly enjoyed the private hot tub!! We hope this property will be available on our next visit to Whistler!!!

Whistler ski-in/out

The location and quality of the property are phenomenal. The property managers were very responsive and helpful when we requested additional bedding for the couch. The only thing that could have gone better was the check-in. The check-in location is not at the same place as the condo and was a bit difficult to find. This was only a minor issue and we highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there, again!

Great property but weird building management

We really enjoyed our stay at this penthouse condo with a view of the slopes. The only strange part of the stay was the completely unhelpful front desk staff in the building. We had trouble figuring out the parking gate and bike storage lockers and the front desk was of little help.

Great location with a hotel vibe

Condo was as pictured- very much like a hotel as far as what was provided (linens, toiletries, etc). No personal artifacts, which was kind of nice but also meant no extra touches or flourishes! Fine for us as we are used to doing a grocery shop for our needs. Check in was kind of a pain as we had to go to a different part of town and wait in line to check in (much like a hotel) when really all we got were codes (which could have been emailed). We did also get a parking pass, but I feel like that could have been left for us at the building, as there was also a staffed front desk there. Also, the codes were a bit ridiculous in length AND they didn’t give us an elevator code. But all the staff were very nice and kind and easy to communicate with. Just kind of silly policies. The unit was very large and lovely and we felt very comfortable. The area is great and has access to Upper Village, which seems smaller than the main area but had lots of kid activities. Main area was a short drive or walk via trails.
