Our stay here was amazing! Great central location, and Doug and Andrea were really helpful and communicative. The unit was extremely clean and the views were unmatched! Would definitely come back and highly recommend staying here.

Location was great but no drive up luggage drop off wasn't ideal. There was an underground parking spot but our car was too tall with our cargo top to fit in the garage. It might have said this in the listing but we didn't see it. The other issue was that the 3rd bedroom does not have 6 beds in it. Only 4 beds (2 bunk bed). Our 5th child slept on the floor. Also there were only 2 pans that worked with the stove. No idea for cooking for 9 people.

Carleton Lodge is located in the heart of Whistler’s pedestrian-only village. While this means no drive-up luggage access, it is what places guests steps from the gondolas & famous village—something properties with vehicle access cannot offer.
The parkade height is clearly disclosed in both the listing & the rental agreement. We encourage all guests to review these details in advance. While you did request additional complimentary parking, no concern about vehicle height was mentioned. Had it been, we would have happily recommended nearby over-height options.
The bunk room was accurately disclosed as two bunk beds, single-over-double (four mattresses total), accommodating up to 6 guests. This setup is best suited for children. When your reservation changed shortly before arrival from 2 adults and 3 children to 4 adults and 5 children, we reached out to confirm you were comfortable with the sleeping configuration, including a detailed description.
Additional cleaning fees apply when occupancy exceeds two guests per room. As the final guest count differed from the original booking, these costs would normally have been adjusted; however, we absorbed them as a goodwill gesture.
Lastly, we were not made aware of any cookware concerns during your stay. Had we been made aware, our management team can typically resolve such matters within hours when properly communicated.
The property is perfectly laid out for groups. And the location could not be any more convenient. Walkable to all stores, restaurants and, most importantly, the lifts. Owners were great and very responsive. Would highly recommend this place.
We loved staying here! The condo is spacious, clean, well-equipped and the location cannot be beat. The views were fantastic, we watched the Fire and Ice snowboard show on Sunday evening from the balcony. Four teenage boys loved being able to easily roam the village and I loved the access to the gondolas. We will definitely return!
Great condo, great location, everything is as described. Really smooth process with management. Totally seamless perfect part of our trip. Would recommend to a friend and consider using again when traveling back to Whistler. A little about us, we were mountain bike dudes running the park for a couple of days. Can't beat the spot looking out over the lifts. I've stayed out of the village for prior trips and this was so much easier having everything right there and not having to get in the car.
We had 5 adults and 3 kids & the space accommodated us great. We could not ask for a better homebase. Everything was clean and all stocked. Amazing location. Steps to the gondola, and the balcony looks right over the fire & ice show. Walking distance to everything in town.
