LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION - Just steps away from the bustling Baytowne Wharf and the sparkling blue swimming pool complex of the Grand! Lasata is the most convenient location in The Resort, and the sandy white beach is just a short tram ride away.

With one bedroom and two bathrooms, our condo is tastefully appointed with the latest coastal style furnishings and linens. The master bedroom offers a king bed, generous closet space, and a full bathroom. The spacious and relaxing living area is furnished with comfy seating and a sofa that converts to a queen bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal. The balcony offers outdoor seating, and is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. There is a stackable washer/dryer, and tram service to the beach is complimentary.

The Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time. The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. There is a miniature golf course, and adults can enjoy golf on three different resort golf courses.

Let our place at 3409 Lasata be your next vacation home! *HOA PARKING: The building association for this condo only allows (1) vehicle in the parking garage per reservation. You will be emailed this information prior to your arrival and will be required to pay a $10 parking fee directly to the condo association. Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued a QR code to access the garage.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Nice but needs improvements

The location was fantastic. The grounds were beautiful and being next to the wharf was great. Beds need to be replaced, period. Sofa bed mattress my son said he could feel the springs and the floor would have been more comfortable (I understand sofa sleepers are not comfort but this was just ridiculous). Bed in the bedroom, the box spring would slip from frame when sitting on side of bed or turning over and the mattress needs to go in the garbage. Two big dips where people sleep makes getting out of the bed a tad difficult. All doors in the condo you have to pull up and to the left to get them to close all the way. Also would have been nice to have a list of information for rentals and such. We would have liked to rent bicycles but couldn’t find any information to do so. Having stuff like that on hand helps tons and eliminates having to keep contacting the rental company. Was sent the text with check in information which was great so you just go straight to the condo when checking in. Didn’t realize the number I was texted from I could have responded to so I never did. They sent another text on Easter morning to say the office was closed and all questions would be answered the next day. Then another around 5 with checkout information for the next day. All in all we had a good trip but the condo just needs a few improvements.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable, convenient. Bed mattress seemed worn out. Liked the 2 bathrooms.

Birthday Getaway

We just love staying at Baytown wharf. It was just my husband and I for his birthday so all we needed was a one bedroom condo. It was perfect. We stayed at the Lasata and was able to walk to all of the shops and restaurants listen to music at night ate great food, and heard some great bands plus the dual Piano at rumrunners is such a blast. My husbands favorite is to see all the boats at the marina bar and grill and watch the sunset! We actually asked if we can stay an extra night if our place was available and it was …what a great trip. Can’t wait to do it again. Thanks The Heberts

Great Rental

I was here for a work trip and this rental was perfect. Great location within walking distance to everything I needed. The shuttle to and from the beach was also very convenient. Would definitely rent here again.
