Tons of great restaurants nearby. King size master bedroom and two queen bedrooms. Well-maintained grounds, including pool, spa and new well-equipped gym. Gated community with security. 30 day minimum stay. Nice quiet community. Condo association and security fees required.

This is a very clean and well furnished condo.

I felt safe in this well-maintained property and gated community. Residents I met at the pool are friendly. I would definitely rent this clean and well furnished 3 bedroom condo in the future!
