Nicely appointed, three bedroom, two bath condo with well-equipped kitchen. Three miles to Sanibel Island, 4 miles to Fort Myers beach, close to Shopping Outlets. 20 minutes from RSW airport. Tons of great restaurants nearby. King size master bedroom and two queen bedrooms. Well-maintained grounds, including pool, spa and new well-equipped gym. Gated community with security. 30 day minimum stay. Nice quiet community. Condo association and security fees required.
