Great Stay

We had a great stay at this property. The south end of the island is great when you have younger kids, the pool was large and mostly quiet and we had easy access to the beach. Would stay here again for sure!

Fort Myers Beach Vacation

The condo was neat and nicely decorated with a seaside theme. Leslie provided everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation and was very responsive to any questions. The grounds and pool were well kept. Short walk to the beach and trolley stop was very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

A Perfect Getaway

The condo is in a nice complex and everything was all well-maintained. The master suite was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the balcony. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Santa Maria Condo

Leslie did a great job of communicating and keeping us informed regarding all of the necessary steps to access the condo etc. She was very responsive and was available for questions or concerns via text. Great Location and Super Clean!

I needed to visit FMB to check on the rebuilding of my property across the street and was grateful that Leslie and Santa Maria Condominiums were up and running. Leslie's place was super clean and convenient to everything on the Island! Great to see so many places up and running along Estero Blvd., I'm happy FMB is making a quick comeback and I can't wait to return.

Dream destination at Estero Island

The condo and property were ideal for my family and I during our week stay. I cooked every meal but one and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. Each morning I took a walk to the beach a block away and saw dolphins, star fish, crabs, bald eagles, and a manatee by the dock.

This space and complex was wonderful! Conveniently located, great pool space, large condo space. The owner was very communicative and kind. She responded to all our questions and checked in on us. I would definitely suggest this location!

Beautiful Fort Myers Beach Condo

This condo met all our needs for our vacation. The condo is very nice and spacious with updated amenities (full size washer and dryer was a plus). The kitchen is a full service kitchen and we were able to cook many of our meals in the condo. The condo is a quick five minute walk to the beach and it has a large nice pool for children. The host was friendly and responsive to questions. We have been to Fort Myers Beach many times and we would definitely stay here again.

Close to the beach

Check in/out process was very simple. The condo is located across the street from the beach. We parked over at the Wyndham where they still had chairs and umbrella rentals on the beach. We loved the screened in porch where we sat a lot in early morning and evenings. Junkanoo was opened behind the grocery store. We ate there or picked up food to avoid the traffic coming and going. The Santini Marina shops will hopefully be open soon where there will be more options for dining. CVS was open as well. The condo was perfect and we enjoyed our stay there. Thank you.

Fort Myers Beach Condo

This condo is in a great location on the south end of the island. It is located at a marina. Walking on the docks and looking at the boats was a daily activity. The property is clean and well landscaped. The pool was refreshing and sparkling clean. The building was clean and well kept as well. The condo itself was very clean and well furnished. It was very homey and comfortable. There were pool noodles for swimming and a couple beach chairs for trips to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were all in good working order. The owner was very responsive and helpful, emailing additional information before our arrival. And checked in with us while we were there to make sure everything was in order. I would definitely recommend this property if you are visiting Fort Myers Beach. And if we return to the area, we will definitely stay there again.

Great to be back at FMB!

We had a great time staying at Santa Maria condos on FMB for Christmas! Leslie was a wonderful host and checked in frequently and sent all check in instructions via email (appreciated that since the new "OneKey" program was making it more difficult to log in properly and some people in our travel group staying at other condos were having issues with getting check in instructions). The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/crocks pots and a blender. Only thing I didn't see there was a hand juicer. We appreciated all the beach towels and regular towels and small touches like night lights, kleenex and extra toiletries. Only dislikes were regarding the condo complex itself- being on the 2nd floor you could hear the people above us moving furniture around/getting up at odd hours of the night (maybe they had tile in the bedrooms vs carpet?) and that food wasn't allowed inside the fenced pool area (it was a huge space- seems like making part of it a designated food space would be a good idea). Hot tub and pool were warm! This condo complex will be even more amazing once the Santini Plaza shops re-open! So glad to see how well the island is doing post-Ian. Beach was fabulous!

nice property with few issues

Condo was nice and location is just as described. The issues we had was the condo was not cleaned very well as we found blood on a pillow in one of the bedrooms, our feet turned black walking around so we had to wear slippers and there was a lot of freshly shaven hair in master bath sink. The internet was beyond slow, don’t expect to have more than one device running at one time. The oven does not heat as it should so you may want to buy foods that you can cook just on stovetop. The pool closed at dark which when on vacation and have children is way too early. The positives are the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware, microwave, there was cable tv and TVs in 2 of the bedrooms, it was fairly close to the beach and Publix grocery store, plenty of parking, safe quiet building, short drive to lovers key state park, washer, dryer and dishwasher was nice to have. Owner was nice and responsive to texts when sent.

Family Trip

Great layout for my family of 2 adults and 3 kids, everyone had space and we had everything we needed to prep meals, run laundry, etc. the on site pool is great, nice to have the Fish Tale marina next door, and beach access within walking distance. Santini Plaza also has great restaurants and conveniences all within walking distance. Overall a great family vacation.

This condo has been our winter home, saving us from Wisconsin snowy weather. Fully updated, you'll enjoy all our amenities. We've entertained friends and family here thru the years giving you the same quality and comforts of home.

Why they chose this property

Our first visit to Fort Myers Beach and we fell in love with the people and area. Surrounded by Florida beauty - palms, flowers, birds, and marine life- this is a unique and friendly place. Everyone is just happy to be here.
All you have to do is walk out the condo door to enjoy the palmed atrium or catch a tan at our large pool and sun deck.
Take an evening walk around the marina dock surrounding our building or a short walk to the beach for sun and surf.

What makes this property unique

On the beaten path, yet quiet seclusion. Because we are surrounded on three sides by the marina, adjacent condouminiums are limited. Also there is no through traffic, both pedestrian or vehicles.
Being at the south end of the island means lower traffice and easy access south to Bonita Springs, Estero, and Naples. When you want action it's a quick trip.
We are walking distance to dining, shopping, beach, and boating meaning you don't need a vehicle to enjoy your stay.
The Beach Trolly stops a short distance from the complex giving you easy access to Lover's Key State Park (beach, mangroves, kayaking) south to Bowditch Park north, stopping at all amenities the full length of Estero Island - dining, music, groceries, library.
