Super Entspannung!

Wir haben als Familie eine entspannte, schöne Woche in der Finca verbracht. Das Haus, vor allem die Küche, ist üppig ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten bei Ankunft einen gefüllten Kühlschrank, das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Die Vermieterin war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

très belle villa au centre de Majorque

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa. La maison est spacieuse (nous étions 8 adultes) et propre (la salle à manger est très agréable avec les grandes baies vitrées), la cuisine est grande avec tout l'équipement possible ! Les chambres sont spacieuses ! Peut être rajouter une porte ou un rideau à la salle de bain de l'étage car nous étions entre amis, ça permettrait d'avoir plus d'intimité. La communication avec l'hôte fut bonne, Maria s'est arrangé pour nous rendre la maison accessible à midi au lieu de 16h ! De plus nous avions eu un soucis d'eau chaude mais elle s'est arrangé pour le corriger, mais nous aurions aimé avoir un petit geste financier pour ces 2 jours sans eau chaude. Concernant l'extérieur, le barbecue au gaz est top, la piscine est très grande et belle mais il faudrait la carreler car le béton peut vite être dangereux (notamment avec des enfants) et cela est vite salissant quand on sort de l'eau. La localisation de la maison est top au centre, à Sineu, nous étions à 30 45 Min en voiture de toutes les côtes de l'île En conclusion ce fut une belle semaine à Majorque !

Merci pour votre bon comentaire, je suis contente que vous avez aimée la maison et ayez passé des bonnes journées là. Vous serez très bien venus !!. Vous avez laissé la maison très bien. Sûr la question de l’eau chaude: il a très bien fonctionnée toute la semaine a exception d’un jour à cause d’une bouteille de gas defectuese (pas nôtre faute) comme vous ai informé, et vous étiez très contente.J’espère que vous avez aimé le vin que je vous ai laissé dans l’attente d’un jour, tout a fait un record au mois d’août d’avoir le technician si rapide a la maison. La piscine, c’est rustique et ne peut pas être carrelée, nous avons eu des enfants sans aucun problème. Les photos sont claires. On va metre une rideau ou une porte (c’était une chose de le notre architect). Un bonne idée. Je vous souhaite un bon hiver dans l’attente de vous revoir. À bientôt !

Nice and clean villa close to Sineu

Very friendly and helpful landlord Villa was stylish and very clean New Weber Barbecue Grill Location close to Sineu is perfect for daytrips to different parts of the island The area around the pool could be renovated Second bathroom in the first floor has no doors - was not a topic for us as we were travelling with our family

Poolbereich in schlechtem Zustand , lieblos gestaltet, bröckelnder Beton , keine Air-Condition in den Zimmern - nicht zu empfehlen

I am really surprised with your comment !!!. You never mentioned any problem during your stay. The house as you knew, it has no air conditioning as I publish on my advertisement. The reality as you know perfectly, Is I have to keep the deposit in order to pay all the dammages and dirty that you left. Your children broken the pool light, they threw stones and lots of soil inside the pool, and I had to change part of the pool water (and to buy a new products for the pool). You burned too, the table clothe and you broken the dishwasher because of the dirty you put inside. I could follow with more details......my advice to the other owners: is not to rent you any property !! Kind regards

Toller Urlaub

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns immer für Fragen zur Verfügung gestanden. Der Pool ist traumhaft und die Kombination zwischen traditioneller Finca und modernen Elementen wurde sehr gut umgesetzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Finca empfehlen.
