800 m from a beautiful beach and close to the dunes, this new independent house located in a dead end, consists on the ground floor of a living room with television, an American-style kitchen offering the necessary comfort , a pantry, a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom and separate WC. The first floor has two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, another bathroom and a toilet.

Belle maison neuve, avez prestations complètes, bien située, proche des commerces et de la plage.
Seuls bémols, la voie rapide à proximité et la personne de confiance des propriétaires venant dans le potager attenant au jardin, sans que nous ayons été mis au courant.

Neues sauberes Ferienhaus mit Platz innen und außen. Nicht weit vom schönen Strand. Ein Freund des Hauses kommt täglich, um einen Gemüsegarten zu pflegen und Kleinigkeiten in Ordnung zu bringen. Leider ist es durch die Hauptverkehrsstraße nebenan sehr laut.
