About this property

Riverfront home with Incredible views. Clean and fully stocked kitchen- Huge Patio with BBQ grill. Your own Dock for your boat or jet ski. You'll love our house because of the views, Patio, the comfy bed, huge sectional couch-people watching, foosball table, private dock, staircase into water. We are right on the river, next to a community launch ramp that you can launch your boat or jet ski for free. Enjoy our foosball table and our bar with lots of seating stools overlooking the best part of the river, open space and great views with no houses across the river. Very private! Great AC/Heater keeps it comfortable. Most amazing views of the river from the house, large open space behind the house for water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing or just floating in the world! Lively riverfront house, you are sure to be entertained! Very comfortable beds, very nice kitchen, and nice bathrooms.

RV and I, (Annee) reside in California with our daughter. We’ve loved coming to the Colorado River and Bullhead/Laughlin area for the past 25 years and dreamed about having a home on the water. In 2021 our dream came true. Now we have a waterfront home that we want to share it with you all, people who love the water as much as we do.
