A closed garage in the basement (small garage).
Many activities in summer. Market every Wednesday and Saturday.

Déception pour le rapport qualité /prix.

Une superbe vue dans un logement dont la propreté et l’aménagement ne correspondaient pas du tout à la prestation attendue pour le prix. L’ensemble des menuiseries alu sont à changer et celle du séjour était presque impossible à manœuvrer. Le ménage n’avait pas été fait.

Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé et très bien situé entre Les Halles et autres commerces et la plage. Parking très petit et difficilement accessible, pour petite voiture.
