Vista Cay is a wonderful community. This condo was clean, spacious, and walking distance to stores and restaurants. The communication was great, check-in process was easy, will definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo

We loved the condo, it was very clean and cozy. The location was close to the convention center and some restaurants and stores so we were close to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Great Unit & Location!

Our family was in town for a volleyball tournament at the OCCC. The unit is within minutes from OCCC (driving distance). From the time of booking this unit, to check-in and the entire stay...everything was perfect. The unit was immaculate at our time of arrival and had everything we needed to make our stay peaceful and enjoyable. We enjoyed the pool on this side of Vista Cay and having Publix so close by as well. The main pool was only a few minutes away to walk to, we had other team families that stayed over by the main pool, so it was a beautiful, quick & easy walk for everyone to meet up. The host, James, was very responsive & quick anytime I had any questions. Beds were comfortable, unit was cozy & quiet and we'll definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great for Orange County Convention Center

This property is ideally located for any event at the Orange County Convention Center. The complex has nice, clean amenities and is close to Publix, and a few restaurants. There are walking trails nearby and you can walk to OCCC. The unit itself is spacious and inviting. It was surface clean, but in need of a deep clean, especially dusting, the kitchen and bathroom floors. The kitchen was decently equipped, but lacked a pizza pan, measuring cups and scissors. The washer and dryer came in very handy for uniforms and towels. The owner is very responsive to emails and prices the unit fairly.

Great condo

The condo was clean and close to universal and discovery cove. It was nicely stocked for starting out. The only issue I had was the pans. They were old and food stuck even with oil. Some upgraded non stick pans would be nice for next time. The beds were nice but the mattress was a little firmer than I’m used to. Loved the condo and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Excellent location for OCCC. Stayed for AAU youth sports. Lots of families with teens. Unit was wonderful. Busy holiday week made parking a little sparse and the pool busy. We were fine but that might be an issue for some. So close to pool and Publix grocery and coffee shop. Felt safe walking to store alone at night too. I cooked every day and all appliances were great. There is an elevator however we only used stair case. Night time noise was not an issue. Very happy with our stay. So easy to enjoy yourself here.

We were in town for a convention and this location was perfect. A 5 min drive to OCCC and right off International Highway. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Only negative is that we didn't stay longer.

Excellent stay at Vista Cay at Orlando

The unit was clean and very spacious for 5 of us. It was comfortable to sleep at night. Most of the day we were at the Disney parks but the nights were relaxing in the unit. There was a good selection of TV sports channels to watch as well. The location of the complex was the best with DD, Publix and other big retailers within walking distance.

Great space, but could use a deep cleaning

The size and layout of the property was perfect for our family. I would have given 5 stars across the board, except for a few issues. There was a smell in the unit that no amount of air freshener could eliminate. We’re thinking a good carpet cleaning could help with that. There were some broken cabinet fronts in the unit and we found the kitchen to be lacking some staple items such as measuring cups and spoons. Aside from that, the property owner was easy and pleasant to work with.
