This luxurious, mid-century modern Alexander home was originally designed by famed architect William Krisel and is one of the largest Mid-Century homes of its kind in the Racquet Club Estates enclave.

Please view the last photo in our listing to see the city of Palm Springs "Good Neighbor Brochure". It explains new laws that apply to all vacation rental homes in Palm Springs. Ban on all outdoor music at all times, outdoor quiet time from 10pm to 10am, etc. The maximum guests allowed under law are 12 (Adults, kids, babies) + 2 additional kids under 12 years.

We are NOT a party house and do not accept bookings for bachelor/bachelorette party/event weekends.

This expanded Mid-Century home honors the architectural integrity of the original Mid-Century design while providing a huge, modern, open-concept great room that combines kitchen, dining and living areas, perfect for the warmth and intimacy for small groups and spacious enough for large groups.

There's no limits on entertaining with three kitchens, including four sinks, three dishwashers, two refrigerators, KitchenAid 5 burner gas range, convection wall oven, microwave and a well-appointed complement of small appliances, cookware and large serving pieces. You'll love the 14-foot island/bar, with plenty of room to cook, serve cocktails or create a buffet line with adjacent table seating for up to 12 people both inside or 12 people outside.

6 generously sized bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom means no one has to share a bathroom. 3 feature king-size beds, 3 have queen size beds and all have fresh and clean marble tiled bathrooms; 2 with bathtubs, 4 with barrier free walk-in showers. Comfortable mattresses and all cotton bedding makes for a great night’s sleep in each bedroom.

The private outdoor spaces includes an outdoor living and dining areas, outdoor kitchen and gas grill, five private patios, chaise lounges, fire-pit and enough seating for everyone. Splash in the pool with tanning shelf and a tiled 6-person spa. The outdoor shaded living room includes comfortable sofas, so sit back and enjoy!

This is a green home powered by a whopping 21kw of solar power, 12 tons of super efficient heating/air, state-of-the-art LED lighting throughout. The updated media and internet technology includes 7 Smart LED TVs and Cable TV service in the great room and in all bedrooms, USB charging ports throughout the home, LED 70-inch main Smart TV, Netflix, etc., 5.1 home theater audio system and super high-speed internet with full coverage throughout the property.

This designer home is the perfect place to enjoy the company of friends or simply get away from it all. Either way, we welcome you to experience all the wonderful things this fun, elegant home has to offer.

We own and manage only our own homes, you are working directly with the owners. We take great care in our properties and it shows. From initial inquiry, thru booking, arrival and departure we will personally take care of you. That means quick response to all questions, a personal meet-n-greet with home tour and 24/7 support during your stay. We are always just a text or phone call away. While we do not offer additional services such as private chef, caterers, event planning, etc. we are happy to provide suggestions and references to great local resources. It is our goal to make your stay with us a memorable experience and to have you coming back to stay with us again.

Palm Springs Vacation Rental Home Ordinance #1918:
New laws that apply to all Palm Springs vacation rental homes.
(See Palm Springs “Good Neighbor Brochure”)
• Complete ban on all outdoor music and amplified sound. There can never be any outdoor music heard from outside the residence.
• Outdoor “Quiet Time” between 10pm to 10am.
• Overnight guests limit = 12 (Adults, kids, babies) + up to an additional 2 children under 12.
• No more than 6 total cars may be parked on, or in front of, the property.
• Trash must be disposed of in provided receptacles and cannot be visible from the street.
• All stays require a separate and signed rental agreement. (Online signatures via DocuSign)
• Primary renter must be at least 30 years old.
• Government issued photo ID must be provided by primary renter.
• All adult guests must sign the city of Palm Springs “Rules and Regulations” sheet agreeing to abide by all local Vacation Rental laws.

The city of Palm Springs now has “Vacation Rental Compliance Officers” to patrol and monitor all vacation rental homes. Any violation of the above laws the city will issue you a minimum $500 ticket. Any guest receiving a citation from the city for illegal outdoor music or noise past 10pm will be asked to leave with no refund.

When in doubt please ask us for clarification on any issue.

Please Note:
• Nightly rates do not include $595.00 cleaning fee, $99 fee for $5000 Property Damage Waiver, 11.5% Palm Springs occupancy tax, 1% Tourism Board Improvement District assessment, optional pool heat of $129/day and $150 pet fee.
• Check-in 3pm-5pm, Check-out 10am. Early check-in, late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
• No Smoking in house.
• Dog(s) are accepted but only with prior consideration and must be pre-approved. $150 pet fee per stay.
• House is not child proof; the pool is not separated from the house, may not be suitable for small children
• Any commercial photography or filming requires pre-approval and additional fees.
• Outdoor/Front of house security cameras, Ring Video doorbells and NoiseAware sensors are present on the property.

Cancellation Policy:
• 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date
• No refund will be given for early departures.
• Special event weekends and holidays (Christmas/New Years, Thanksgiving, Coachella, etc.) and long-term rentals (stays 28 nights or more), will receive no refunds unless we are able to re-rent at equal value.

We enjoyed a fantastic family holiday (9 adults, 3 children). The house, 6 bedrooms and baths, pool, hot tub and property were perfect, as advertised. Keith and his co-owners have thought of everything -- the house is superbly appointed with a great location close to a park and downtown.

Fantastic Stay!
The house was very clean, well decorated, and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The whole experience exceeding our expectations. Keith was very helpful and communicative. You can tell a lot of care went into setting up the house for a luxurious experience. Amenities were plentiful. There were 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, nice small appliances, and 2 sets of washer and dryers. Everything we needed was there and was great quality. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and patio. The backyard pool and hot tub were wonderful. The only downside is the strict neighborhood rules about no amplified sound outdoor which was a bummer but we found we didn’t need it and it’s something outside of the property managers control. I highly recommend staying at this house. I hope to be back for another visit

Really fantastic home, wonderful hosts, perfectly remodeled for visitors with thoughtful touches everywhere, great kitchen and pool area, private baths with each bedroom, interesting mid-century neighborhoods for walking, close to all Palm Springs attractions. We will be back!

Built by the Alexander Construction company and designed by renown architects of Palmer and Krisel, the homes is set on a beautiful lot in the historic Racquet Club Estates enclave. It doesn't get much more perfect for a Mid-Century aficionado than this!
