Welcome to the Ultimate Palm Springs Getaway Home, an Everyday Luxury Vacation Rental Home!

The ultimate Palm Springs Getaway. Huge private swimming pool with an exceptionally large yard featuring numerous areas to entertain and enjoy Palm Springs Sunshine. This 6 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home features dual master suites, an updated kitchen, huge family room, a bonus/game room, ping pong, stand up 1200 game arcade, shuffle board, shower with direct access off the pool, an outdoor gazebo lounge, and plenty of privacy with no neighbors behind the home.

Max number of adults is 12.

Note; Landscaping fountains do not have water.

For any stay of over 27 nights, you will be required to fill out a RentSpree application and wire or Zelle a deposit equal to one month's rent.
Weekly housekeeping service is not provided. However, can be added at the guests expense upon request.

The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us. October Through the end of May the charge is $125/day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $150/day if not. Most resorts heat pools into the low 80's we allow guests that pay for pool heat to heat pool to the mid-80's. Please keep in mind, mid-winter, larger pools will have a hard time even reaching mid-80's, pool temperature is not guaranteed, however, generally low to mid 80's is common, even mid-winter.

For Rentals of 14 nights or more, $500 prorated gas and electricity utility allowance. If you want to heat the pool, you must mail a $2,000 check at least 2 weeks prior to your stay or wire $2,000 prior to using the pool.

We work with the top 3 pool cleaners in the desert, despite that, the desert can have high winds that can turn a perfectly clean pool into a dirty pool in 10 minutes or less. Please report and we will send a pool cleaner as soon as possible. We also try to keep pool skimmers on site at all of our homes. There is the possibility of boatman bugs in the desert, they are completely harmless but can fall from the sky, generally there's a chance for them in August and September, while they can be killed and removed when they are falling from the sky, they will return minutes after treating. There can be sand storms in the desert. While we can promise a pool cleaner will clean the pool 2-3 times per week, we cannot control acts of god, nor are they grounds for cancellation. During the summer starting late June going until early October the average pool temperature can be 90 degrees+ and can even reach up to 100. Most homes do not have pool chillers. It may not be comfortable to swim, particularly during the day during these months, this is not grounds for cancellation.

House Rules;

Please do not create excessive noise or disturbances or engage in disorderly conduct.
We ask you to please observe the following City of Palm Springs Rules and Regulations for Vacation Rentals.

NO outside amplified music is allowed; that includes music from a small cell phone or small portable speaker. No outside music at all.

 Amplified MUSIC is not allowed outside of your Vacation Rental unit. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside of the home). Please, don't bring the speakers outside If your neighbors can hear music, you are in violation of the City Ordinance.

 POOL TIME is one of the most popular activities to enjoy in Palm Springs. Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level. Continued and ongoing screaming for an extended period of time is one way to disturb the neighbors. Please be thoughtful.

 NIGHT TIME hours are between 10 pm and 10 am. Please consider moving indoors after 10 pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices. Please remember our neighborhoods are quiet, surrounded by mountains and voices can easily carry.

 A CALL from the neighbors to the City will bring the Vacation Rental Compliance Officers to your door. Our officers may issue you a citation if you exceed the allowed noise levels or if another violation is observed. So please, keep the noise down and be considerate of the neighbors. You may be on vacation, but other occupants in homes around your vacation home may not be.

We have a limit of 5 cars at this property, please park all vehicles in the driveway.

HOW MANY GUESTS IN A HOME?
Please abide by the OCCUPANCY limits.

Day Time occupancy is between 10 am and 10 pm.

If you have gotten permission to bring a dog and paid a pet fee Palm Springs requires that all dogs be on a LEASH whenever they are outside, except in the City's Dog Park. Also, we expect everyone to pick up after their pets. NEVER leave your pet unattended in a vehicle; it is illegal all year long. And just like at home, a barking or whining dog disturbs the neighbors.

You must notify us of any visitors, if you have more people than are on the reservation at the home and security is called you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

While this will not apply to 99% of you, If the city is called comes a citation and fine will be issued and you will be responsible to pay. If the city comes a second time you have to leave the home.

Our number one goal is that you have a great time! Have a great time AND avoid fines. Fines will be taken from your deposit.

Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. No Cats Allowed.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500

If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.



The desert has extreme temperatures, including sustained daytime temperatures of over 100 degrees. With such high temperatures, ACs can struggle to cool homes by more than 25 degrees. Boatman bugs are common in pools with biologically safe water. If food is left out, ants will come, and if doors are left open, flies will come.

These are a part of life in the desert and not grounds for a refund.

We use the top pest control, pool cleaners, and home cleaners in the area. Please contact us if you have an issue, and we will do our best to assist.

When it's windy, a perfectly clean pool will not remain perfectly clean for long

Cancellation policy and procedures

Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.

Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.

For those that don't like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance. We can recommend one for you.

If you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered by the booking channel, or the one we recommend, you will likely not get any refund.

To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel through the booking channel. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.

The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.

Example request.

"I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn't purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I'm requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available.

Thanks."

We will share this with the owner and encourage them to allow us to agree.

No exceptions will be made if the process is not followed.

Beautiful home with noise restrictions
We enjoyed our stay here in this beautiful, large home. Plenty of space for us 3 families. The kids loved the bunk beds and the game room. House was clean with plenty of towels, shampoo and kitchen appliances. There was no ping pong table but otherwise home was as advertised. We had a problem with the air conditioner when we arrived but it was quickly resolved. Communication with the owner is easy and responds quickly. Beware of the noise restrictions. Since we had a large number of kids we were careful to mostly stay indoors and took them to a nearby park to run around and make noise.

We come to palm springs at least 3 times a summer, and this by far was the worst experience ever. The home was unclean when we arrived, the pool was not maintained. All the paving around the pool was cracking and there were sharp shards around the pool. There were ants in every corner of the home, windows and drapes were gross. The tub in the main bathroom didnt drain. The pool filter was broken. The front door was broken and could not be locked from the outside, so we had to leave the back door open for a repairman to fix the lock, but he never arrived. I had family from NY flyout for a reunion, what a disaster. On top of everything, the house was nothing like the photos. The entire home is in bad shape, walls cracking, flooring is dirty, footprints on the walls. Not a healthy environment for kids. Plus, the house was infested with flies when we arrived and the front door was open.

We absolutely loved this property! I stayed here with 9 other people. The property had more than enough space for all of us and was extremely clean. I appreciated that there were plenty of bath towels, pool towels and extra toilet paper, which is not always the case at places I’ve stayed in the past. The pool was great and the backyard set up is gorgeous. Overall would definitely stay here again!
