Beautiful home in the Lake Aumond neighborhood. This home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious living room, dining room and a sun room with lots of natural light. The home is in the perfect location with only 4 miles from Augusta National, 2 miles from the Augusta Mall and less than 2 miles from Target, Starbucks, more shopping and various restaurants. The home was just renovated a few months ago. There is plenty of parking and a nice size backyard. Sit outside on the front porch and enjoy the beautiful sunset over the lake.
