A custom built (5200sqft) 5 bedroom and 5.5 bath home with many features.
The outdoor living space features an outdoor grilling area, fire pit, oversized covered porch, sunken hot tub, oblong gunite pool with diving rock, curved slide and waterfall. The separate 544 SF pool house has a full kitchen, bath, a pool table and a covered porch.
Media room features a 12 seat home theater fully equipped with top of the line components. The living area has an open floor plan and a fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen features an oversized gas cooktop, electric and steam ovens, and a large island.
The house is located 20 minutes from Augusta National and is the perfect host home for Masters patrons across from the Savannah river in a beautiful river side community with wooded walking paths along the river.
