Very nice house but not cleaned well

Thehouse is nice, having lots of possibilities for the kids to play, a good swimming pool, outdoor seats, games, pool table and seperate room for games.The main drawback was the cleaning, there were a lot of flies in the house when we arrived (already) there was a mouse (at least one, probably more) and mosquitoes.So we had to store our food in th efridge or in our car, cause it was eaten by the mice. And the flies are also a nuissance. The kitchen and the floor should be cleaned professionally.H

Disappointed in the house, not what we had thought we were renting, A/C was hardly working in 36 degrees!. One of the bedrooms had a sofa bed, no air at all, could not open it. Washing machine not working, Oven not working and other things as well. Swimming pool was fine and as described, cleaned once we were there. Owner was informed and tried to get everything repaired while we were there, after4/5 days. We would not rent this property again.

A perfect stay with a perfect host!

We had a great holiday in this, nice, cool an refreshing house. The owner was waiting for us with a refreshment when we arrived. He is a friendly and kind person who is willing to walk the extra mile for his guest. We where in France during a warm period (+30 degrees) so the pool has been used all the time. It's a big and clean pool that is well taken care of. So we with our tree families would warmly recommend this Holiday house.

Un bel emplacement, de grands espaces mais un manque d'entretien de la villa

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la villa. Nous étions 2 couples avec 4 enfants de 1 à 7 ans. La situation est idéale et nous avons trouvé de nombreuses activités à moins de 30 minutes. Les chambres, les sdb et les espaces sont grands et lumineux. La piscine est agréable mais dommage qu'elle ne soit plus chauffée. De nombeux jeux sont disponibles pour les enfants de tous les âges (trotinettes, raquettes, livres, jeux de société, ballons...). Le terrain est clôturé et dispose d'une balançoire ce qui était vraiment bien. En revanche, la maison manque d'entretien et d'equipement en bon état. Le salon permet d'accueillir confortablement maximum 3 à 4 personnes. Le canapé mériterait quelques plaids neufs et propres, il en est de même pour les coussins qui n'étaient pas déhoussables et qui ont besoin d'un bon nettoyage. La vaiselle n'était pas très propre et les coupes à glace n'ont pas du être utilisées depuis un bon moment. La vaiselle pourrait être en partie remplacée car l'ensemble est vieillissant. Les étendoirs a linge sont petit et en mauvais état et un lot de pinces à linge supplémentaire serait bien utile. Il manque des caches sur la majeure partie des interrupteurs, plusieurs cables électriques sortent des murs pour se finir sur des ampoules de chantier. Quelques appliques murales donneraient sans doute plus de charme. Plusieurs volets ne ferment pas complètement ce qui nous a demandé un peu d'imagination dans les chambres des enfants pour avoir plus d'obscurité. Les murs et plafond de la pièce principale et du couloir ont besoin d'un bon coup de peinture. Le barbecue est un trou dans la terre avec des galets autour, ce qui fait plutôt feu de camp... par temps de pluie, c'est pas marrant! Les photos de l'annonce ne sont plus tout a fait d'actualité. Le propriétaire est très sympa, réactif et de bon conseils pour les restaurants et les sorties. En résumé, nous avons passé un bon sejour dans cette résidence mais le tarif n'est pas à la hauteur de la préstation attendue.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par nos hôtes, il y avait quelques petits disfonctionnements mais rien de bien méchant. Nous avons été bien conseillé de pour les courses et visites alentours. La maison était très agréable et bien équipé pour les enfants, Merci
