Ideal for 4 people with its 65 m2 living space + 40 m2 of the L-shaped terrace with double exposure.
3 car parking spaces including 1 secure in the basement of the building.
The apartment is located in the golden triangle of Pornichet 300m from the train station and all the shops in the city center.
The beach is at the foot of the building as well as several restaurants and beach clubs.
