This spacious fully air-conditioned two-bedroom two-bath unit is immaculate and beautiful and comes equipped with all the amenities so that you feel as if you are right at home. Enjoy the pleasant ocean views from the large wraparound lanai in a tropical garden setting. This unit has approximately 1200 square feet of living area plus a wraparound lanai. Top floor, tastefully furnished, split air conditioning, plush carpeting, gourmet kitchen, spacious living area, and lots of more.

Located above the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach, this impeccably furnished home will provide comfort, luxury, and plenty of room to spread out while you explore and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. The spacious covered lanai with a dining table allows for relaxing evenings while you kick back and enjoy the views. Relax poolside or take a Jacuzzi after the sun sets and take in the beauty of the brilliant Maui skies.

The Wailea Golf Course and Tennis Clubs are just a minute away. Within walking distance are some of the World's Top Beaches as rated by Conde Nast International. If shopping is your pleasure, the elegant Shops of Wailea are situated a stone's throw away. For the adventurous type, you will find amazing snorkeling spots within a very short drive.

Please note that Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

We would like to inform you that the pool at the Palms of Wailea will be temporarily closed from September 16th to 19th for cleaning and resealing of the pool surface to ensure a safe environment for everyone. To further prevent future closures, we have also scheduled a drainage of the pool during this time to repair pool equipment

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was so clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The property manager was excellent and very on top of whatever we asked for. It was a wonderful place to spend the week!

We had the best stay here! We just visited with our kids & my sister and brother in law and their new born. The condo was large enough for all of us. We had the absolute best time, the pool is so close to the unit and the kids loved it, we’d walk to the beach, shops. Can’t say enough about how great this condo / location is. We will most definitely be back one day! Thanks for having us!

Reviewer Comments: Stayed in the Palms over 10 times!This unit is clean and semi-updated... nicely appointed but I believe as with many rentals they for some reason cheap out and I don't believe it's the Owner!on daily necessities like basic kitchen and bathroom needs! Like, we're spending $350 US a night X 15 and you get 3 dishwasher pods, 4-5 spoons, forks, knives 4 rolls of T.P. 1/4 box of Keanex in 1 bathroom, enough washing machine soap for a few loads! We come along way and basic things, even like saran wrap or olive oil etc. you get it by now... so you have to go to Safeway or.. and buy these things which you end up leaving and should be just basic comforts!I'm out!

The location was excellent , the condo was very clean, well maintained, and the kitchen was an absolute delight, bright and airy with all the essentials and new appliances. The master bedroom very spacious and beds were very comfortable.Unfortunately the air conditioning was a major problem, they are separate units which are not effective, particularly in the bedrooms. The bedrooms were incredibly hot and did not cool down till early morning, thank goodness for the fans. In fairness the temperature ranged from 29-32 during our stay, perhaps in the winter the air conditioning system is sufficient but certainly not in the summer. Apart from this issue the condo is good value and was a very pleasant experience.

So we did not use it! The WIFI password was not in the unit, so I had to contact the owner. Other than that we had a lovely time there.

Quiet, comfy, convenient and beautiful!

Easy booking, great communication. We had everything we needed. The location is five minutes from anything you need or want—unlimited restaurants of all kinds, beaches, shopping- yet the complex is gorgeous and quiet, I’d look here first for our next trip.

Spacious, Bright & Great Location in Wailea

Our family of four (two older teens) stayed at this upper level unit in the Palms. We have stayed at a few units in this location and this was our favorite so far. The location was excellent, just across from the community pool and a bit of a view to the ocean from the balcony. The unit was spacious, bright, and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy and management was very responsive. Thank you for a great stay in Wailea!

The arrival treats were a nice surprise. The view is ideal. It is accessible to the beach and parking is a breeze. Beach and pool gear are great amenities. So what is not perfect? Hard to say. I had a small trouble turning the TV on, but blame cable company (I have routine cable problems at home). There was — and maybe still there — a loud mouth below us our final morning doing a 5 am Zoom call. That guest was selfish and rude. I mention these to boost credibility of this review. The hosts of this unit could not have done better for us. Thank you.
