On the plus side, this VRBO is well located, clean, and hosted by a nice host who was very flexible in the lead-up to the trip. Access to the tube is convenient, providing quick access to Central London or anywhere else you want to go. Plenty of places to walk / eat / drink nearby, especially if you walk into Highbury. On the negative side, do not expect Air Conditioning or a functional back garden as shown on the VRBO listing... other than that it was a nice spot for a weekend with friends.

Super place to stay!

We were a large family group with adult children and four parents - great layout and plenty of room to hang out and socialize! Kitchen was perfect for our needs, location was great! Easy access to underground station and lots of good restaurants and pubs in the area! Highly recommend!

MLB Series - June 2023

Property was at an excellent location to easily access London trains, underground, and buses. We had easy access to site seeing, and train access to the London Stadium. Enjoyed several of the local restaurants. Very enjoyable visit to London.

Great Stay For the London Series

We came for MLB's London Series. The home was in a great, centrally located area close to the trains and in a walkable neighborhood surrounded by Restaurants, Bars, etc. House was very clean and was perfect for the seven of us. Praveen was incredibly helpful and would definitely stay again if coming with a big group to London.

Disappointing

There were critical issues we encountered while staying at this property. There was a musty, moldy odor in the house and a burned out light bulb in 1st floor bath. Praveen replaced lightbulb and told us to crack the windows. The odor persisted and we discovered the source being the washer/dryer in 2nd floor bath. The dispenser was clogged with detergent and full of mold and mildew. We scrubbed and cleaned it so we could feel comfortable using the washer/dryer. The filters were dirty so we cleaned them as well. After informing Praveen of mold in washer and dryer, he stopped communicating with us and no longer addressed any issues with the exception of giving us check out procedures the day before we left. The 1st floor toilet was leaking when flushed so we laid a towel at the leak and requested repair which was ignored. Praveen had pointed out several issues at check-in where toilets/appliances in the house were not properly working: the 2nd floor toilet doesn't flush solid waste; only 2 burners on the cooktop worked properly and the oven difficult to operate and control as the digital read out wasn't readable.Baking sheets in drawer were covered in grease and mold. Red substance was splashed on wall and radiator, cobwebs everywhere, bedding cleanliness was suspect, and bath towels and couch covers were grungy and torn. Property has potential but needs deep cleaning and repairs. We treated home with care and checked-out properly but he has not initiated return of deposit.
