This beautiful, custom built, 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Townhome in a small, gated community and only 3.2 miles from the Augusta National. This location is perfect for Masters Housing. Great-room with 2-story ceiling giving this home space and natural light and hardwood floors throughout. Beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Owner-suite is on the main level, with a King bed. Features an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. Half bath also located on main-level. The 2 upper bedrooms (both have KING beds) are separated by a loft/office. Guest room #1 has King bed and guest room #2 has a King bed, both with memory foam mattresses. The large private deck out back overlooking a wooded lot is a great place to relax or entertain after a long day. Washer & Dryer are available for your convenience. There is quick access to I-20 with shopping (mall), restaurants, parks, and recreation close by.
