Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement à Fréjus au mois d’août , au début nous étions deux couples avec un bébé de 8 mois, puis rejoints par une fillette de 11 ans pour les deux dernières semaines. L’appartement est idéalement situé, avec la plage et les commerces à deux pas, ce qui est vraiment pratique. On avait le parking, mais on a très peu utilisé la voiture. Le logement est super bien équipé, entièrement rénové, très propre, chaleureux et il ne manquait absolument rien pour un séjour parfait. L’endroit est en plus très calme, ce qui nous a beaucoup plu.Le propriétaire a été extrêmement gentil et toujours disponible, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et espérons pouvoir y revenir !

It is nice when everything works out as it should when you are on a holiday.The apartment was light, tidy, well-equipped and well- situated. We had a lovely stay on Fréjus.

Fijn appartement maar helaas ook minpunten

Het appartement is fijn, groot, licht en niets ontbreekt. Het is werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. De supermarkt, bakker en het strand liggen op loopafstand. Het appartement is exact als op de foto’s. Het ligt in een complex rondom een stille binnentuin en hieraan ligt ook het balkon. Eén week voor onze aankomst gaf de eigenaar aan dat beddegoed, handdoeken en een eindschoonmaak optioneel zijn. Als je hier gebruik van wilt maken komen er kosten bovenop de getoonde prijs. Verder staat in de advertentie dat er ook een garage bij hoort maar bij aankomst bleek niet beschikbaar was. De eigenaar gaf aan dat ook de garage optioneel is, en niet beschikbaar was omdat daar eigen spullen in staan. We hebben 10 dagen met onze gehuurde mountainbikes vier etages de trap op en af moeten tillen. De lift is te klein voor fietsen en was bovendien het grootste deel van ons verblijf defect. De lift stopt bovendien tussen 2 etages, je moet altijd een een stukje met de trap. Bij veel wind maakt het gebouw erg veel lawaai. De zonwering en de doeken voor de balustrade klapperen en de wind giert door de kieren van de schuifpuien. Oordopjes waren noodzakelijk om te kunnen slapen. Verder was de communicatie ondermaats. De dame die ons ontving gaf geen reactie op onze gestuurde berichten met aankomsttijd. Bellen was erg moeizaam, omdat de dame geen engels sprak. Ook werd het gedoe rondom de garage door de eigenaar niet voortvarend opgepakt.

Bel appartement confortable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement Le logement est propre, bien équipé et décoré avec gout. La localisation est top, moins de 5 mn de la plage ou du marché Le point noir c’est les 22 marches pour accéder au logement, très difficile pour les personnes âgées car l’ascenseur est en demi-étage.

Außergewöhnliches Appartement

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden , komplett ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten, Balkon mit Blick auf Berge und Sonnenuntergang Geschützter sicherer Parkplatz. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und freuen uns auf ein Wiederkommen.Der Kontakt mit Xavier war sehr herzlich und problemlos. Hartmut und Marlies

Ein Appartement zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr geschmackvoll und modern und freundlich eingerichtetes Appartement. Alles wie neu. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es mangelt an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Lage ist auch super. Ob zum Strand, auf den Markt oder abends zum Essen. Alles kann man locker zu Fuß machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Der Empfang hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Wohnung ist mit top renoviert, für zwei Personen großzügig und hell. Die Ausstattung ist außerordentlich komplett, sowohl Mobiliar, Küche, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Würden dort wieder hinfahren.

Nous avons vécu un beau séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé. L'accueil par Nathalie a été parfait. L'appartement est propre, refait à neuf et dispose de tous le nécessaire. Une caution de 1000 euros à été exigé en plus de notre réservation.

Excellent séjour dans ce belle appartement

Bonjour, merci Xavier pour votre accueil et la qualité irréprochable de votre appartement, aménagé avec gout et en plus très fonctionnel en terme d'agencement, complet en équipements. Il est proche de toutes les activités au alentour, et dispose d'un parking sécurisé. Un accueil chaleureux, et des conseils de visite nous ont aussi été fournis. Logement de qualité et emplacement au top

Le logement est très beau et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. La literie très confortable, la résidence est calme et très bien placé (tout peu être fit à pied, et mer à 2 min à pied). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille (2 adultes - 1 enfant - bébé) et reviendront avec plaisir.
