Disappointed in cleanliness and other issues

We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. Bed coverings were not clean properly, as we saw some hair still on the coverings. Bedroom table tops were dusty, staircase handles were dirty. Downstairs bathroom hot shower was not working and agency had to send plumber during our stay to finish. One lower bedroom had moldy smell, and air vent suspect with issue. We have kids with asthma and couldn’t use that room. So, we couldn’t utilize full space. Agency did respond to some of the issues, but not all resolved during our stay. Would not stay here again.
