You are 100 meters away from shops and restaurants (Rue de la Paroisse - Place du Marché Notre-Dame), 8 minutes from "Château de Versailles" and close by all train stations (5 min from Rive Droite, 8 min from Rive Gauche, 12 min from Chantiers). Ideally located for leisure, business, family getaway.

We became parents in 2016 of a lovely girl. Both of us, we like running and playing golf, and Versailles is a super place to practice. The Park of "Château de Versailles" and many golf around, such as Golf National (welcomed the Ryder Cup in 2018), and the closest Golf of "Haras de Jardy" are fantastic. We also love travelling and doing family activities.

The location, close by everything and calm in a small one-way street parallel to Rue de la Paroisse. Through and bright apartment. The room overlooks a flowery and calm courtyard without opposite. The flooring is in solid oak giving lot of charm. The elevator and the private underground parking space (additional fee) are very rare in Versailles historical city center, quartier Notre-Dame.
