Welcome to Your Maui Retreat: International Colony Club 20 is a charming, rustic plantation style cottage in Kaanapali is the perfect place to completely unplug and relax, or treat as your home base for all the daytime and nighttime activities of West Maui! With a wall-to-wall renovation in 2019, the cottage has an open living concept that also combines the indoor and outdoor spaces.
Managed by Maui Paradise Properties, a locally owned and operated, fully licensed real estate brokerage specializing in vacation rentals.

Complimentary Activities, Every Day of Your Stay

Every reservation with Maui Paradise Properties includes one free ticket per activity, each day to some of our favorite Maui experiences plus unbeatable savings on other local favorites! This exclusive benefit is offered in partnership with Xplorie, giving you an easy way to add adventure, relaxation, and local flavor to your stay. Complimentary activities may include: Whale Watch (seasonal), Sunset Dinner or Snorkel Sail, Farm Tours, cultural activities and more!

Construction Notice: Phase 2 of the resort's water improvement project is scheduled from August 12, 2026 through January 10, 2027, with work progressing by cottage group and possible construction noise from workers and equipment. While access to cottages is expected to remain available, schedules may vary due to weather or unforeseen conditions.

The International Colony Club is a charming Hawaiian plantation style property located at the base of the prestigious Kaanapali Hillside. This low-density complex of 40 single-family cottages is the perfect place to completely unplug and relax, or treat as your home base for all the adventures and activities West Maui has in store. ICC offers two heated swimming pools for your enjoyment and is also just a short walk away from the Kahekili or (Airport) Beach Park area. Such a quiet, peaceful place. Exactly what we neede to have a relaxing vacation with our toddler.It is located conveniently - both for exploration, beach, and also for staycation - the backyard gets you straight to the wonderful pool. Location, Location, Location

The International Colony Club is a gem of a location. It is close to the beaches, Lahaina, and Whaler's Village, but it is private, quiet, and secluded. We enjoyed every minute there, especially the lanai which was steps from the heated pool.

Great stay

The property was beautiful. We really enjoyed the cottage as it was clean, well stocked and located near the pool. The lanai was our favorite feature. We would enjoy morning coffee, reading a book or meals on the lanai. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The only hiccup we had was arriving at night and trying to navigate to the cottage without a map.

Beautiful home, wonderful location

We felt so at home here and with the pool right in the back yard area and a beautiful beach about a block and a half away, this was such a gem. The 5 of us had plenty of space and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Perfect location!

This property met our needs perfectly! Two couples in their 50's who just wanted to relax in the mornings, go to the beach, shop some, and spend time in the water found this perfect for our return trip to Maui. We had to remind ourselves we were in Maui as the back lanai was so perfect and comfortable! I would definately recommend this lovely cottage!
