Appartement tres agreable avec tout le nécessaire, à 2 pas de la plage du pénon. Residence calme. Accueil tres chaleureux par Laurent. Tout s'est tres bien passé. Le wifi serait un plus pour rendre le sejour parfait.

Schöne ruhige kleine Wohnung mit grossem schattigen Balkon und Blick auf den Dünenübergang.

Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber funktionell mit einer Küchenzeile und einem neuen Duschbad eingerichtet. Eine insgesamt angenehm kühle Wohnung mit einem langem schattigen Balkon. Kurze Entfernung zum Strand, abseits von der Lärmkulisse des Stadtzentrums. Der zur Wohnung zugehörige private Eckparkplatz ist schattig. Wir würden diese Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

En face de la plage avec vue sur la dune. 1er étage avec balcon abrité pour manger dehors. Idéal ! Proche commerces et du marché (300m), sans les nuisances. Hyper calme. Des petits aménagements manquent un peu (une penderie, des cintres , des pinces à linge, un repose-serviettes dans la SdB, une bonne poêle, un faitout, un lave-vaisselle...). Mais ça ne gâche rien au séjour ! Les propriétaires sont très à cheval sur la sécurité sanitaire, top ! On reviendra !

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und wollen wieder kommen. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Schade ist einzig, dass dort kein WLAN verfügbar ist. Wobei ein Urlaub ohne Internet auch mal gut tut.

Super séjour , appartement très agréable

L'appartement est très bien localisé, à proximité des plages, très proche du centre ville sans pour autant être en plein dedans donc il n'y aucune nuisance sonore dû aux bars ou restaurants, ce qui est très appréciable. Il est également bien équipé notamment pour faire la cuisine. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, très accueillants et vraiment disponibles par message en cas de questions. Je recommande ce logement :)

Gut legenes Appartement mit allem was man braucht

Wir haben 2,5 Wochen zu Zweit in dem Appartement gewohnt. Die Lage ist super, der Strand und das Örtchen Seignosse sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Appartement enthält alles was man benötigt. Besonders gut hat mir das renovierte Badezimmer gefallen. Leider gibt es kein WLAN. Der Vermieter und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation lief gut. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und würden wieder kommen.

Parfaitement situé, au frais et très bien équipé

Ce fut une semaine magnifique, pleine de soleil, et quasiment sans voiture. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Christelle qui nous a bien conseillés car nous ne connaissions pas la région. L appartement est très proche de la plage et nous sommes restés au frais à l intérieur malgré la grosse chaleur de la semaine. Beaucoup de choses à faire sans voiture, avec un beau marché à deux pas. La semaine est passée trop vite..... Nous avons TOUS été comblés. Un grand merci.

De super vacances!

Appartement très bien placé pour profiter de l'océan. L'appartement est petit mais pratique et confortable, la terrasse agréable. Seignosse est une très bonne destination pour des vacances en famille et nous envisageons d'y revenir dès l'année prochaine!

Un lieu très familial avec une plage superbe

L'appart est très fonctionnel et très bien placé pour passer une semaine sans voiture ! Top Nous avons participé aux tournois de beach organisés, admiré les différents spectacles le soir. Ça nous a plu... nous reviendrons !

Perfektes Appartement für den Strandurlaub

Das Appartment ist klein, aber für zwei ideal; für bis zu vier evtl. etwas eng, zumal es kaum Stauraum gibt (kein Schrank z.B.). Sehr sauber, das Bad ist wunderbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und alles hat gut geklappt. Ideale Lage: 2 Minuten von den Dünen und vom Strand Le Penon entfernt, also am Ortsende von Seignosse Océan, sodass man vom Trubel am Atlantik Park nichts mehr hört. Auf dem Balkon (Nordseite) hört man das Meer rauschen. Achtung: Für Lärmempfindliche evtl. nicht geeignet, da eine Lüftung in der ganzen Wohnung 24 Stunden läuft (liegt wohl am Haus). Wir kamen aber gut damit zurecht. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub dort verbracht und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
