In the heart of magnificent mountains

I rent room in a 4 room apartment in which I live. You will share with me the rest of the apartment, except the other rooms of course.
Nice balcony, close to ski resorts for winter and summer. Many mountain activities in the surroundings. Nice area with good air for a great holiday or weekend! 12 mn walk from the SNCF train station (when I am available I come and pick you up).
Lake supervised has 2 kms I have 2 adult bikes that I lend willingly and 1 wavebord. Departure of rando to 200 m.
You will find your happiness whether you want to rest or to be sporty! This is also a region rich in culture and local products!
Meals can be supplemented at 8 euros / meal.

Parfait allez y sans crainte !

J'ai passé un mois formidable dans ce logement, la propriétaire est adorable et aux petits soins avec les locataires. Le logement est agréable et avec tout ce qu'il faut comme équipements. Il est trÚs bien situé, on y est au calme et proche des magasins mais également de la nature. Je recommande chaudement.

Une honte

Deja l'appartement est au 5Ăšme Ă©tage d'un immeuble des annĂ©es 60, non prĂ©cisĂ© sur l'annonce ! Le lit un clic clac de 1,20m sur lequel un matelas de 1,40 est posĂ©. Seul dans le lit en attendant ma femme Ă  2 reprises le lit Ă  chavirĂ© dĂšs que j'Ă©tais trop sur le cĂŽtĂ©. La salle de bain une horreur, effectivement tout fonctionne mais tout est moisi, la peinture sur carrelage toute enlevĂ© par endroit. C'est une honte de la part d'Abritel de proposĂ© de telles locations. ArrivĂ©s le soir et ne trouvant pas de plan B nous y avons dormi par obligation. DĂšs le lendemain nous sommes partis avec nos bagages et heureusement nous avons pu trouver un studio sur GAP digne d une location. Je demande donc le remboursement de notre sĂ©jour et je tiens Ă  votre disposition une dizaine de photos pour Ă©tayĂ© mes propos. Nous sommes passĂ©s par votre intermĂ©diaire pour ne pas avoir de surprises, c'etait une premiĂšre fois!nous sommes dĂ©goĂ»tĂ©, Ă©cƓurĂ©. Car de plus il a bien fallut payĂ© le studio de dĂ©pannage. Je me rĂ©pĂšte, mais c est inadmissible de proposĂ© Ă  la location de tel endroits. Donnez moi un lien que je puisse vous transmettre toutes mes photos. Salutations Claude RAULT-VERPREY

TrÚs bon accueil. Coin tranquille, facile pour se garer. Plan d'eau bien équipé à 1.5km. On peut aller à Veynes à pied. On est vite en pleine montagne et le Dévoluy est une belle région...
