Ideally located 800 m from the most beautiful beaches of Porticcio - Ajaccio bay - South Corsica - this new apartment (first rentals in 2018), crossing 70 m2 contemporary style enjoys a sea and mountain views and 'a wooden terrace of 20 m2. The apartment consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), an indoor and outdoor dining area with a plancha, two spacious bedrooms each with a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

Wunderbare Aussicht

Ein sehr geschmackvoll und eingerichtetes Apartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung im Kochbereich - sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Bügeleisen war vorhanden. Der große Balkon hatte eine fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer, das sich in ca. 10 min Autofahrt erreichen ließ. Ein PKW ist für die Lage des Apartments unserer Meinung nach notwendig, da Läden oder Restaurants nicht unbedingt in Laufentfernung sind. Das einzige Manko war vielleicht, dass es für 4 Personen nur eine einzige Toilette gab. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Urlaub.

La position de l’appartement est idéale, au calme à quelques minutes des plages et de commerces. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable fin juin avant les départs en vacances. L’appartement est bien équipé, quasi neuf. Je recommande sans problème !

Nous avons passé à 4 (2 adultes + 2 ados) une excellente semaine dans cet appartement. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires et la conciergerie. L’appartement est neuf et bien équipé. À proximité en voiture des commerces et des plages. La terrasse a une jolie vue sur la mer et la montagne.
