On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with an open kitchen opening onto a terrace and garden.
A secure swimming pool and an 80 m² game room with a ping-pong table, foosball table, outdoor kitchen with a bar counter for aperitifs, and a wood-fired oven.
A beautiful bedroom with a private bathroom.

The upper floor features 3 bedrooms, including a 60 m² master suite.
All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms.
A boules court and secure private parking.

At the foot of the Garlaban, you can enjoy walks through the hills beloved by Marcel Pagnol; two golf courses and equestrian centers are also nearby. Just 15 minutes from the beaches of Le Prado or 25 minutes from those of Cassis or La Ciotat, if you prefer the sea. Just 20 minutes from city centre Marseille, where you can go shopping, visit the city’s many museums, the Old Port, the Corniche, and the Calanques...

Sheets and towels are not provided but are available as an option (must be reserved at least 10 days before your arrival).
