Charming cottage on the heights of La Livinière

In a building of the early nineteenth, the cottage is in the middle of vineyards and olive groves. Of recent and ecological renovation, it retains the stamp of old and combines comfort and modernity.

With a surface of 75 m², equipped with all comfort, the cottage has a large living room with open kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable seating area. The 2 bedrooms have a bed 160 and 2 beds 90 can be twinned. The toilets are separated from the bathroom.
The large terrace of 50m² is ideal for outdoor dining, with barbecue, garden furniture and sunbathing available.
The cottage is adjoining the house owners on a wall, but has no opposite, and has access and parking.
The cottage has just been renovated in 2017, appliances and bedding are new.
The materials were chosen from local origins to the maximum and the most ecological possible.
The electricity of the house is that of the roof, self-consumed, and a phytoépuration recycles wastewater.

The cottage can accommodate 4 people, 5 with an extra bed on request for a child.

The cottage is equipped with all comforts: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, barbecue, parasol and deckchairs ... everything is new, as is the bedding.
All baby equipment is available on request.

Wonderful place to stay

Loved everything about this property, the location in a gorgeous rural area, the hosts who could not have been more helpful and the house itself is comfortable, with an amazing terrace which gets the sun from morning til evening.

La Liviniere was perfect for us during our stay. It is in a lovely location near to the beautiful town of Minerve with charming views over the vineyards. It is very comfortable with good facilities and a friendly, helpful service. Near to some good chateaux for excellent wines and for visiting Carcassonne, Beziers and some of the other Cathar towns. Absolutely lovely!

Beautiful place in the Hart of the Languedoc region

We had a wonderful stay here, the place is centrally located amongst the vineyards. The settings is private and well appointed. We laid out at night on the loungers watching the stars. As it is located in the countryside the night sky was an amazing display of bright stars. Easy drive to Carcassonne or the Mediterranean. The town of la liviniare is close 5min drive with two restaurants. The host was welcoming and helpful on things to do in the region. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Evaluation tardive...Deuxième séjour dans ce gite. Et toujours autant de plaisir.Gite super équipé. Rien ne manque. L'hôte est très sympathique et très réactif. Un petit problème a été résolu de suite. L'endroit est toujours aussi calme et aussi pratique pour voyager à l'intérieur des terres ou aller vers la mer (1 heure). Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans ce gîte : calme, vue, accueil, confort, tout y était. Le gîte est agréable à vivre, bien décoré, pratique. Un peu à l'écart du village il en a cependant toutes les commodités. La région du Minervois est absolument somptueuse.

Le calme absolu dans un superbe gite

Superbe gîte avec tout le nécessaire. De plein pieds, ce gîte a été très bien conçu. Ruhe in der Abgelegenheit

Gesucht, gefunden! Beindruckende Ruhe, die Stadt hat uns absolut nicht gefehlt. Die Unterkunft ist gut eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, kleinere Dinge wurden unkompliziert geregelt. Besitzer und "housekeeping" sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Selbst das uns zerbrochene Weinglas brauchten wir nicht zu ersetzten. Es gab während unseres Aufenthalts einen Punkt, den keiner beeinflussen konnte, den Wind, teilweise in starken Böen wehend, konnte man die Terrasse nicht nutzen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf die Weinberge

Eine Ferienwohnung, die durch vollständige Ausstattung und Größe besticht. Wenn es auf der herrlichen Terrasse zu kühl wurde, konnten wir es uns auf den Sofas gemütlich machen. Der Blick auf die Weinberge und den blühenden Ginster ließen den gestressten Städter zur Ruhe kommen.

Wonderful weather, Relaxing holiday for the Family. Beautiful part of Southwest France

The property is clean, bright and homely. The owners showed us the wonderful walks around the area. The Village of La Liviniere has a bakery, Post office and convenience store along with a Chemist. There is a Wonderful Restaurant called Les Meulieres the owner is charming and the food exceptional. the accommodation is great centre point to travel to Carcassonne, Tolouse and Narbornne.

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison joliement rénovée proche de La Livinière. Balade à vélo, baignades, visites de caves et dégustations, marchés de produits locaux et quelques bons restaurants. Le propriétaire fort sympathique et très discret a su nous conseillé.Nous recommandons cet endroit pour ceux qui cherche le calme et la nature.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen! Alles ist sehr sorgfältig und kompetent angelegt und gebaut. Großzügig, mit guten Ideen und immer wertingem, sauberem Material (Holzfußboden, tolle Fliesen und Kacheln, schöne Möblierung). Sehr ruhig, man braucht ein Auto, um sich zu versorgen. Ich würde am liebsten sofort wieder hinfahren.
