This large studio with views of the ocean and the swimming pool of the Atlantic Park, 100m from the beach, close to shops and amenities + its large 3X weekly market is located in Seignosse-le-Penon, in The south of the Landes, 5kms from Hossegor and Capbreton, near Dax - 30 kms approximately - and the French and Spanish Basque Country, Bayonne, Biarritz, Anglet at 30 kms, Donastia. San Sebastian 1 hour drive.

It consists of a
KITCHEN equipped: induction hob / extractor hood / combi
Microwave / fridge / coffee maker / toaster, high-chair with 2 high chairs
+ 2 stools overlooking
LIVING ROOM: convertible sofa bed with storage box, table side
Bass, flat screen TV 81 cms, dishwasher.
Large west side window with views of dune, ocean and pool
Public.
BATHROOM: small bath, wash-hand basin, WC, hairdryer at disposal.
ROOM: separated on big mezzanine, bed of 180 cms + dressing of 5m2.
Iron and ironing board.

Possibility night (minimum 2 nights) 60 € / night except July and August

Bed linen and towels provided.
Rental week of Saturday (departure 14H) to Saturday (arrival 16H).

Séjour "décoiffant" (tempête!) dans un appartement refait à neuf et bien équipé

Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables à Seignosse, dans l'appartement d'Isabelle, dont l'accueil est chaleureux. (Peut-être faut-il quand même signaler que l'accès à la chambre sur la mezzanine par l'échelle n'est pas forcément facile pour tout le monde ?) Beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire dans le coin, selon la saison.
