Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The Villages of Country Creek requires a Rental Application ($150 fee) and an Amenities Transfer Fee for Pools, Tennis, Golf, Clubhouse, etc. ($500)
Minimum stay of 30 days. In Season, Jan - Mar we prefer minimum of 90 day stay.
