If you love sports, you can enjoy hockey at the Hertz Arena or baseball at Jet Blue Park. You will have easy access to the I-75 and US-41, Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Beach, Lovers Key, Vanderbilt, South Naples, Tigertail, Marco Island Beaches, and many more. It is less than a 2-hour drive to Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Tampa and less than a 3-hour drive to Orlando.

All our guests must be approved through our Community Association by way of a lease application. This application must be submitted and approved a minimum of 30 days prior to the first date of the stay. Based on this requirement, it is recommended to book 45-60 days prior to your desired stay in order to fulfill this requirement. There is a $250 USD fee per adult ($40 per person under 18) which is the responsibility of the lessee and is paid in advance to the hoa directly and is non-refundable. The contact information for the hoa to complete the application will be provided upon rental approval.
