Nice sized condo - we had a total of 6 people, and the layout worked very well - lots of room in kitchen and dining, and a very large family room for hanging out together. Good location near the highway and short drive to multiple ski resorts.

Beautiful home in great location!

This home was perfect for our extended family: 2 couples plus 2 single adults. We loved the spacious kitchen with a large table that easily seats 8. Great views of nature with easy access to both Lake Dillon Trail and downtown.

Great place. The only drawback is that you have to drive to 10 minutes to Silverthorn for check in and check out. The other places we’ve rented had codes at the unit and allowed you to do check-in/out right there.

Brought my family on our first skiing trip. Location was perfect. It was only 18 minutes from Loveland. It was close to grocery stores, shopping malls for last minute ski gear. Lots of nice restaurants.

The house was great for a large group of friends or family. It had everything you need to have a great time. The service was very fast when we needed anything taken care of, even after hours. The beds were a bit hard, but other than that, we had no issues to complain about!

Loved this townhome. It was the perfect place except for the beds. The mattresses fell far short of our expectations. A simple investment could make a big difference in the experience.

Great location near walking and biking trails. Bonus room with en suite bath plus 3 bedrooms is great for families. Well-stocked kitchen. Overall the property was very clean but the carpeting. Check in and check out process was easy and the only concern was related to having to leave 2 messages with the property manager before getting a response when I called for the 3rd time with a question. Overall a great experience.

The proximity of this property to the lake is perfect. Unfortunately the house is very dated, and pillows had blood stains, sheets had red Koolaid stains. Two nights I had an ant crawling on me in bed while sleeping. The ants were in the bedroom and bathroom downstairs. There was also a lot of confusion on the usage of the kayak and bikes.

Only complaint was having to drive 10 minutes to get keys and to return keys. It would be nice if we could just leave keys in unit instead of driving them back to rental office. Overall, nice stay.

The maintenance crew kept all the roads throughout the development cleared. The rental itself was clean when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with some condiments and paper products, but could have used some basics like salt, pepper; and some casserole dishes and a crockpot. The layout of the place was a little strange, but we got used to it! We loved the view from the many beautiful windows. The 2-car garage was a great feature. The location was perfect for getting to all the local ski resorts.

Less than 3 minutes to major shopping and getting onto the interstate, yet very quiet and felt "out in the woods" once you arrived. Trail along the lake is right out the back door. Less than a 10 minute drive to Copper Mountain. Loved having a 2 car garage to park out of the snow and made it nice for loading and unloading. Beautiful views of the mountains and Lake Dillon from the LR and Mstr BR. Enjoyed the gas fireplace. Spacious kitchen and living room. Folks were easy-peasy to deal with. One of my sons accidentally left behind an expensive pair of headphones and I received a call less than an hour after we left, letting us know they found them and wanted to know where we wanted them shipped. I would give them 5 stars just for that :-) Needless to say, we'll be back!

The place was clean and spacious. Our main complaint was definitely the very hard bed in the master and the bottom bunk in the bunk room was lumpy, would highly suggest replacing those beds, especially the master bed as it was so hard we could barely sleep on it. Lots of steps from the top floor to the bottom, which was fine for our family, but may be an issue for some. It's location near Lake Dillon allowed my family to go out and walk around and play in the snow and hike along a little trail near the townhome. It had plenty of dishes and amenities for our family to use and appreciate all the extra items available. Plenty of bathrooms and the washer and dryer were nice to have so we didn't have to pack as much for our stay. It was a nice quiet location and the view was amazing! Overall, it was a nice stay for our family, but would probably not stay again unless the master bed was replaced.

Nice, but could be great

It was a good stay. The house is clean, and well laid out. The location is very convenient, easy access to both Frisco and Dillon, easy highway access and access. Very quite area, beautifully wooded views out the back decks, although the remodel next door was a little loud at times. Ample parking including the garage. The layout is nice for privacy in the sleeping rooms, but be prepared for stairs as the house is spread across five different levels. In all it is nice, but it has the potential to be great. It is just the small things that keep it from that category of a "great stay". While there are plenty of dinnerware (plates, silverware, etc.) it lacks some basic cooking needs like a whisk, limited knives, limited cooking pans. Some of the blinds and windows are broken and do not open. Shower head in the bottom floor bed room had to be cleaned before use. The over the toilet shelfs in every bathroom at unnecessary and in comes cases annoying placed to make sitting difficult. No spare batteries for the remote that died on day two. Low definition TV. Garage is great, but inconvenient to not have a remote for it, or at least a keypad that allowed for it to be open/closed from the outside. Just small things that all add up to it being nice and okay but not great. Since we live locally and where renting this to host family some of the small things we could take care of by running home and picking things up. Out of town visitors might have more issues. Again these small things are annoyances, but we definitely enjoyed our stay, and the management company communicated very well about arrival and even allowed us to check in a little early without an additional charge. However, it is a basic 3 star rental that with a little effort could be so much more. This could be one of the best 4 or 5 star rentals in the County.
