Beautiful, modern, and quiet, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, just steps from The Village gondola; a true ski in/ski out unit! Sleeps 6!

This ski in/ski out unit in The Village makes your family ski trip EASY; everything you need for an awesome ski vacation is right here in The Village. With the gondola to Canyon Lodge located in The Village, this location offers very easy access to the slopes. This condo itself offers a fully-appointed kitchen with granite counters, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and full-size refrigerator. Dining table seats up to 6. If you don't feel like cooking, you can venture out and enjoy one of the many gourmet restaurants The Village has to offer.

The Village also offers a small grocery store, shopping, ski rental services, heated swimming pool (all year), 3 jacuzzis, and a gym. After an exciting day on the slopes, store your ski gear in the ski locker closest to the gondola and ride the elevator up to the luxurious condo to relax by the fireplace.

Please be mindful that this is a privately owned and professionally managed unit; direct all inquires and concerns to Mammoth Five Star Lodging. 866-MAMMOTH. During the summer season, the fireplaces are turned off by the Village and back on for the winter season. The Village restricts the use of the Valet and Valet carts for privately owned units.

The unit is located in the quiet section of The Village (Lincoln House overlooks the pool and lagoon where the kids like to enjoy playful snowball fights in the afternoon), you'll be away from the hustle, bustle, and noise of the businesses in The Village, but close enough to enjoy them when you so desire. Wake up to beautiful views of Mt. Sherman.

This is a skier's paradise!

ONE plastic parking pass is located on the kitchen counter. Parking is unassigned in the underground parking garage.

Great place for a girl’s weekend

We had a blast and everything was exactly as described. The beds were all comfortable and there was plenty of room for us to hang out in the living room! We would book it again. The one parking pass (as mentioned in other reviews) us a bit of a hassle but not a deal breaker for sure.

Issue with cleaning prior to stay

Unfortunately the cleaning crew didn’t do a thorough job and a fishing hook was left on the floor in the kitchen. One of our guests stepped on it and it was stuck deep in his foot. This was a terrible way to start the trip. Otherwise the unit was excellent. Location was great!

The place was very clean and the location in the Village was very nice with a view of the pool grounds and also the mountains peeking above. The corporate management is a little over the top in the trend of signing a whole lease with pages and pages of rules and legal stuff. And they send it 5x. They did not respond to my request for late check out of 12 instead of 10am, which is super early. But the place was great.

We are so sorry you were inconvenienced during your stay! We always strive to make every guest stay as perfect as possible, inspecting every property twice between every departure/arrival. Our staff are human of course, and so even if we hit 95%, that still leaves some issues from time to time for guests to contend with. As a professional property manager we post clear rules, expectations for departure, and potential fees or fines for ignoring those rules during your stay or after departure. We almost never actually fine anyone, because virtually all guests follow the rules. We donÕt ask for anything too hard: no linen stripping, no cleaning- just a few basics like trash removal, heat settings, run the dish washer, etc.). All guests must sign a contract when booking and these rules and fines must specifically be initialed for approval before completing the booking procedure. These same rules and fines are posted inside the unit to ensure there are no surprises. We believe posting the rules up front so they are clearly understood to be the best way to meet our dual obligation to our renters, as well as to our homeowners, who expect us to protect their home and investment. Our check out rules have good reasons for them. For example, failure to remove trash after your stay can invite bears to break in, causing thousands of dollars in property damage. Similarly, a vacant unit left unheated can have pipes burst; parking and noise violations can bring police or HOA fines on the property owner, etc. All our rules have similar logic, I don't have enough space here to explain them all, but call if you're concerned.
