"Studio on the Lake" was constructed in 2018. This is a 2,450 square foot home that has three bedrooms, three baths, and sleeps 10. Completely furnished and the customized extras promise to make your stay very enjoyable.

The home sits on 3 acres of timber and has 190 feet of shoreline located on the 4.5MM of the Gravois Arm of the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Bring your own boat! The dock has a lift for a boat & one or two wave runners. Fiber high-speed internet provided. Space for work/learning areas Plenty of parking is also available with a ramp to the deck & front door.

Restaurants are minutes away by boat or land, OR just sit on the wrap-around deck and enjoy a steak on the grill…the beauty from the deck is incredible! (There are child/pet gates on the deck.)

This house has all the amenities!
Bedroom 1: 1 king bed suite with a master on-suite are on main level.

Bedroom 2: 1 king bed suite with a bathroom on the basement level.

Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds in the loft area overlooking the main level and has sensational views!

Bed 4: One pull-out queen sofa with memory foam and an additional main full bathroom is located on the main level. Linens and towels are included. There is also a full-size laundry for your convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with custom recycled glass countertops, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Dining seating inside and out. There are coffee pots, toaster, blender, and lots more to make your stay more enjoyable.

A dining area and large living room are just steps away to the wrap-around deck that overlooks the water. There is a gas grill and a Weber grill for your convenience. Another large living and dining area in the basement that walks out and has NO STEPS to the dock/water!

The kitchen is fully equipped with custom recycled glass countertops, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Dining seating inside and out. The entire house is a smart house, so high-speed fiber internet is available and smart TVs throughout the house with surround sound. Bring your Netflix and other account numbers and you will feel right at home!

There are plenty of spaces to use for work/learning. The lower level provides another dining table/work space.

The covered dock has two lifts, one is a 6000 lb. lift for boats 26’ and smaller (Not for pontoons.) For larger boats, there are cleats along the dock that you can tie up to. The second lift will accommodate one or two wave runners. There is a large sun deck with a slide and Wet Steps. The house also has a large sand box that was built on the lake over 50 years ago and has been refurbished with new sand. It is a beautiful, shady sand box– A wonderful place for kids to play!

This is a dog friendly property. No dog under the age of 2 and no dog over 50 lbs. We prefer only one dog, please. No more than two—which requires permission! Contact us for more info.

If you are an artist, there are easels available for you to use. This is my studio during off season, and because the view and home are so inspiring to me, I hope you are inspired too! Beach towels are available as well. Quiet time is between 10 PM – 7 AM. No parties allowed.

For families, the renter MUST be over 30 years of age.

For traveler parties that are adults-only, ALL guests must be over 30 years of age.

If you don’t want to be on the water we will leave you a list of our favorite shopping places and the shopping outlets are a short 40 minutes drive. Also, there are two golf courses within a 15 minute drive!

All bookings require a refundable security deposit of $750.00.
