- Home DESPACITO in Klis (Split) - with a view of Split consists of a ground floor with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room and the exterior. It can accommodate 10 people. Each bedroom has A/C and TV.

The exterior consists of a terrace, garden, summer kitchen, backyard, BBQ, trampoline and a large private heated pool. It is located above popular town of Split, 20 min. away with a car. Klis center (market, restaurant) and its fortress just 5 min. away from with a car.

The space

Home Despacito is total 250 m2 new luxury equipped property, with heated infinity pool of 40 m2. It's also one of the few properties in which every bedroom has air conditioning. The 3rd bathroom, has a washer and a dryer for your clothes. Living room has air conditioning as well. In the backyard there is a huge barbecue grill (BBQ) with outdoor, summer kitchen and space for enjoying good company with homemade food like grill or peka while the youngest ones beside the pool and garden can have fun in big trampoline. The place is fully equipped (linen, towels, toilet paper, beddings for sofa as well, etc.)

From the property you have open view to Splits bay area, sea and islands which is spectacular especially at night with all the lights in a distance. Because of the location at higher position there is always breath of fresh air and the nights are pleasant even in the hottest summer days. Only 1 km away there is a Klis fortress which was a shooting place of popular show Game of Thrones. There is so much more to tell but lets say that we are surrounded with lots of must see spots which are easily accessible to explore and definitely our property is going to make you come back each year.

Guest access
You have the sole access to all inner space on the ground floor of the house and all outer spaces around and near the villa, you also have a separate private entrance. In short, you enjoy your privacy, as expected.
Parking can be shared with owners sometimes, but you will always have enough space for your car(s).

Other things to note
Quiet hours are between 23:30h-8:00h (general house rules in Croatia ), so that applies to this apartment as well. This means that outside noise levels should be moderate, normal, during that period.
