Charm and calm absolute for this beautiful villa of 100m ² entirely renovated.

Large living room with beautiful bay window wrought iron opening onto the garden and pool. Friendly fully equipped kitchen with access to the living room and the shaded outdoor terrace, surrounded by lavender.

On the ground floor: 1 spacious bedroom with bed 160x200 and a bedroom with bed 140x200 giving direct access to the garden and pool by a French window. Nice bathroom for these two rooms with very large walk-in shower, double sinks and wc apart. Upstairs, 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x200, bathroom with bath, washbasin and wc.

Facilities: TV-DVD - internet - dishwasher - washing machine - microwave - oven - hob with induction hob - fridge-freezer - gas grill _ espresso and filter coffee maker - kettle - toaster - hair dryer .

Plot: Garden with trees and flowers with large lawn (automatic watering) surrounding pool shaped pool with alarm complying with NF. P.90 and equipped if necessary with a removable fence. Provision of a very large trampoline, a ping pong table, a basketball on foot.
A large terrace covered with a wisteria and overlooking the pool runs along the house and is home to the sun.
Part of the land remains wooded where you can venture through many small paths. There is also an orchard with pomiers, plum trees, cherry trees and fig trees.

House at the foot of the Luberon not overlooked 1,5km from the charming village of Rognes and 19km from Aix en Provence. Great location to discover the provencal region. Tennis in the village, golf and horse riding 15 minutes, many hiking and sea at 40 minutes.

Impressive House in Excellent Surroundings

We enjoyed our 1 week stay in this typical Provence french house. All interior is excellent made and in perfect condition. The kitchen contains anything you could wish for, along with a folder with instructions for everything. Please do note that the pool is shared with the owners and not fully private. As they were away on their vacation while we rented the house, this was not a probelm during our week.

Summer 2019

A fabulous villa; very quiet location, well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. The good sized pool, tennis table, boules and large garden made it very family friendly. Rognes is a fantastic village to have so close with superb butcher, boulangeries and fruit and veg shop. Great attentive owners. Didn’t want to leave! One point to note is the upstairs twin bedroom is in the eaves and therefore has very low beams, not great for those over a certain height. Two good sized double bedrooms with full height ceilings downstairs though!

Wir waren zu viert mit unseren Eltern dort und konnten unseren einwöchigen Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Auf einem großen bewaldeten Grundstück stehen zwei Häuser nebeneinander, in einem wohnen die beiden Gastgeber, das andere ist komplett für die Gäste reserviert. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die schöne, gepflegte und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Außenanlage, aber auch das Haus mit seinem großzügigen Eingangsbereich und der geräumigen, voll ausgestatteten Küche mit eigener Terrasse hat viel zu bieten. Ruhige Lage inmitten der Natur. Beide Gastgeber sehr nett, freundlich und diskret. Leider keine Entlüftung in der Toilette, aber das war wohl das Einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Excellent séjour et magnifique piscine

Très jolie maison, plus spacieuse que sur les photos. La piscine est non seulement belle mais très grande. La maison est située en hauteur dans une colline boisée très calme, sur un terrain très joliment aménagé par des petits murets de pierre typiques de la région. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et soucieux de faire plaisir à leurs locataires. Leur maison est située tout à côté mais ils ont été hyper discrets les quelques jours où ils ont été présents avant de partir en vacances. Très bel emplacement pour découvrir une région préservée, toute proche du Lubéron et de la Roque d'Anthéron pour ceux qui aiment le festival de piano.

Un très beau lieu

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, avec nos trois enfants. C'est une maison très accueillante, très bien décorée et très fonctionnelle. Des hôtes aux petits soins et d'une rare gentillesse. La situation géographique est parfaite pour découvrir le sud du Lubéron. Nous recommandons !!

Fantastic villa, wonderful hosts

We had a great month. The villa is very well equipped and the hosts were so helpful - we became friends. The pool is perfect, the villa well equipped and the location is great - Rognes is a small friendly village with all facilities. Airport and TGV not far, and the amazing villages, cycling and walking of the Luberon Park a few minutes drive. Highly recommended.

Cette location a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Les propriétaires sont charmants aux petits soins pour leurs locataires et nous avons été très bien accueillis. La maison est un magnifique havre de paix avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Nous n'avons manqué absolument de rien au cours de notre séjour et avons pu profiter pleinement de l'immense terrain ombragé ainsi que de la grande piscine et de tous les attraits touristiques et culinaires de la région.
