Comfortable house in the countryside 5 km from Monpazier
House in a very quiet site at the edge of the forest with a private swimming pool of 8X4m near another totally private and independent rental.
The Gite has a living room kitchen area, individual WC shower room Italian shower 1 bedroom 160 bed on the ground floor
upstairs 2 bedrooms with 90 cm bed.
Outside a covered terrace with garden furniture, sun.
A private ping pong table all on a fully enclosed plot.
Ideal for holidays in family with two or between friends you will be able to visit within 5 kms the Bastide of Monpazier the Castle of Biron to make pedestrian excursion of the bicycle to leave it of the portal of the Lodging.

A very quiet holiday

We liked our chalet very much. It was clean and light, and very quiet and spacious. We enjoyed the lovely surroundings and beautifull bastides of the Perigord.

L’hébergement accepte les chiens. La piscine était fermée (logique attendue que c’est le mois de novembre). Suggestion une petite chaise ou tabouret dans la salle de bain aurait été top. Pour le restant belle maison avec tous ce qu’il faut et belle balade dans les environs.

Une excellente semaine à Soulaures. Le logement est confortable et bien équipé et d’un calme absolu. Terrain parfaitement clos parfait pour les chiens...La piscine permet de supporter les fortes chaleurs. A 5 minutes, Monpazier, magnifique village, offre tout le nécessaire. On rayonne facilement sur tout le Perigord noir et vert. Merci à Magalie et son mari pour leur accueil. Le petit cadeau de bienvenue était très sympathique (produits locaux). V. Retailleau

Sehr erholsam und wunderbar

Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen sehr schön und comfortabel eingerichtet und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend in einer Sackgasse mit insgesamt drei Häusern. Am Ende der Straße wohnen die netten Vermieter, die wir nur bei der Ankunft und der Abreise gesehen haben. Es gibt noch ein weiteres Ferienholzhaus der Vermieter mit eigenem Grundstück und Pool etwa 20 m entfernt und etwas zurückversetzt. Beide Gründstücke sind eingezäunt und ideal für mit Hund. Außenherum gibt es nur Wiesen und Wald. Noch schöner wäre es, wenn dieses Grundstück am Zaun zur Straße entlang mehr Bepflanzung hätte und damit am Pool etwas mehr Privatsphäre und nicht so offen. Das andere Haus hat diese Bepflanzung. Das Ferienhaus ist auch ideal mit Kindern, oben gibt es noch zwei kleine Schlafzimmer. Es gibt interessante Orte und Wanderungen am Lot und der Dordogne, die allerdings etwas weiter entfernt sind und nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Monpazier ist ein schöner kleiner Ort nicht weit entfernt zum Einkaufen. Besonders gut hat uns der Treidelweg nach St. Cirq Lapopie gefallen. Das Wetter war in der ersten Oktoberwoche mit 20 bis 24 Grad sehr angenehm und wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub.
