charming property in the countryside with private swimming pool of 5x10 m where it is good to rest, to sunbathe on its sunbathing 1 per person, with a view on the fields, and the forest.
elegant house for 4 a5 people, fully restored in the style of Périgord great comfort style furniture

is offered to you many village visits more beautiful and picturesque one than the other and of course our castles: Biron, Beynac, les millandes etc ...

Excellent stay

The cottage is located in a quiet rural location a short drive away from monpazier. It is very well equipped and has a lovely private pool and I would recommend this cottage if you want a ‘get away from it all’

Oasis of calm.

Fantastic Find

An excellent place for a restful and peaceful stay. Did not have to move too far from the property as all facilities within a 5 minute drive - a true blessing in the excessive heat! Cottage well maintained and swimming pool excellent. Hosts friendly and discreet and always wanting to please.. would highly recommend.

Good base to explore the Dordogne

The gite is ideally situated to explore all that the Dordogne has to offer. The pool area is well maintained with a good size pool and nice stone paving around it making it a lovely setting to relax in and take in the peace that surrounds you. Marie-Jose is welcoming and is on hand if you need her.

Gorgeous stay in Montpazier

We had a lovely week in Marie-Jose’s cottage and it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool is a welcome break from the sun and is ideally positioned and well equipped. We loved being near the town with its bars and restaurants and the fields around the cottage provided peace in the evening to have as glass of wine as the sun set, listen to the birds of prey and watch the deer. The cottage is ideally positioned to explore the beautiful countryside and medieval towns nearby and only a short drive from the airport.

Beautiful gite

We had an amazing holiday in this beautiful gite. The accommodation was perfect and just as described. The wine, strawberries and pate were a lovely welcoming gift. My teenage boys loved the pool. The only thing to note is the water in the shower gets extremely hot very quickly but all in all we could really fault it. Wonderful stay and very welcoming hosts.

Fantastic peaceful location and accommodation

A perfect place to stay if you require a peaceful country holiday. Very clean accommodation with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The swimming pool is amazing and overlooks the fields and countryside. 5-10 minutes away is the town of Monpazier which is a simply stunning. Its medieval centre is preserved almost completely intact, and it is quite possibly the best of all the bastide town we visited. Great bars, restaurants and small artisan shops. The hosts are lovely and they have beautiful gardens surrounding the gite and their home. Highly recommended

House and pool spotlessly clean. House had every thing you needed. The lack of shade around the pool was disappointing one small umbrella is not enough for a family. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain although it was warm so nowhere to sit outside was a sleight problem, and we found the sitting inside very uncomfortable and again not really for a family. The house was in an ideal location and in some amazing countryside

Lovely place in a great area

The property was lovely, very clean with all the equipment you need for a stay. The pool area was great. The owners were really helpful and communicative, they went out of their way to help us with things for our baby and we’re always very friendly when we saw them near the property. The place is about 30mins walk to the town which is doable but it is up a hill on the way back! All the nearby towns and area and lovely with lots of great wine tasting and restaurants. All the medieval towns are beautiful b

Le logement est situé dans un immense jardin tres bien entretenu , avec des parterres de fleurs. Notre chat a bien apprécié ; et nous aussi .L'endroit est très calme . Il y a plusieurs gites ( 3 je pense) . Pour l'été il y a 2 belles piscines. Nous avons réservé une jolie petite maison,typique pour le salon avec un mur de pierres. Le gite nous a beaucoup plu; très spacieux et très propre. Notre hôte a toujours été tres réactive. Et je la remercie pour ses belles attentions . En famille , les parents et enfants doivent être ravis ! Et la region est magnifique.

Das lag zum einem an der atmosphärischen Unterkunft, der herrlichen Aussicht, dem schönen Pool und der Ruhe.Zum anderen aber auch, an Marie Jose, die unkompliziert ist, die Privatsphäre respektiert und dennoch jederzeit ansprechbar ist..Unser Verhältnis war sehr herzlich. Fantastisch verblijf

Prima gites met een fantastisch zwembad helemaal privé. De eigenaren Marie-José en Jerome zijn zeer behulpzaam en laten zich niet zien als het niet nodig is. Een van onze hondjes had een tekenbeet: Marie-José ging meteen een dierenarts bellen en omdat het op zaterdagmiddag was, moesten we een eind rijden. Jerome wilde onze chauffeur zijn: helemaal top!

Gîte agréable.

Gîte sympathique, au calme, bien équipé et les propriétaires très accueillants. Le gîte construit en pierre est mieux adapté pour un séjour l'été que l'hiver car il est difficile le chauffer quand il fait froid.
