The house has 3 bedrooms with one bath in the house and one bathroom outside along with a large, enclosed yard, newly renovated decking in 2022 with new seating and eating areas, picnic area, back porch and lots of yard toys for the kids.
There are 3 bedrooms with full-size beds. We have a large family room with a sectional as well as a futon.
The kitchen was newly renovated in 2021 with all new Samsung appliance and all the kitchen utensils you would need.
Central Air throughout the house.
We have all the amenities that you would need. We have a washer and dryer as well.
There is street parking in front of the house.

This was a family property since 1994.
What makes this property unique
This is a large grass fenced in back yard. We also allow parking on the front grass during the busy summer days when parking is hard to come by.
The backyard has everything you will need including, multiple seating and eating areas. This has been newly renovated in 2022. Front and back porches. The grass area is large for kids or adults to play. We have many children's toys in the back yard as well as toys for the adults, so staying at our place is more than just a place to sleep.
