Beautiful end unit townhouse with vaulted ceilings and stunning bay views. Enjoy the quiet dead end street with sunset views from your deck. 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to Carinis/Crest Tavern, 5 minute walk to corner store, playground, Beach Bums, Harbor Light House mini golf and ice cream. Enjoy all this location has to offer all within a short walk from the front door. Just a 10 minute drive to Cape May to enjoy all the restaurants, shops and activities. And a 5 minute drive to the Wildwood Boardwalk to have a fun night of games, rides and treats!

The townhouse features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The first floor features the main living room with large flat screen TV, new furniture and open floor plan. To the right is the kitchen and eating area which includes seating for 6 at the table and 2 at the kitchen counter. The kitchen features all appliances expected including microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and coffee maker, toaster with washer/dryer in laundry closet next to the kitchen. Master bedroom is located on the first floor with new queen bed, furniture and HDTV. Enjoy an ensuite bathroom and large closet area. Upstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms. The “Surfboard” bedroom features a full bed and twin bed, large closet and new HDTV. The “Shark” bedroom features two sets of bunks (twin/full and twin/twin) with large dresser, closet space and TV. New bedding throughout the house. Upstairs also features a full bathroom between the 2 bedrooms.

Outside enjoy the large wrap around deck with seating for 6 around the main table. Shed outback includes boogie boards and beach chairs. Enjoy the new grill purchased last season to cook out in the evenings. Rental also includes 6 passes to the Diamond Beach Club which is located on the beach where you can enjoy great food, bathrooms and live music all season. Come and enjoy all that Diamond Beach has to offer! We promise you will love the location and will realize it is the shore’s best kept secret!

Beachside getaway

The property was well equipped for our stay. Walking distance to the beach, mini golf, parks and resturants. With beach club access, bbq, kids games and beach equipment included, everything we needed was within arms reach. Host communication was amazing and home was cosy and clean. Would definitely recommend this property!
