The gite

Designed to accommodate a family made up of a couple and 3 children. South / southeast exposure. Quiet at the end of the residence.
This house can accommodate a person in a wheelchair in the master bedroom.

If you are interested in a house rental for 5 people in Brittany for your holidays, this fully equipped house is composed as follows:

- Fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic hob, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board,

- Pleasant and bright living room with a dining table and 6 chairs, a sofa and 2 armchairs, a 32-inch flat screen TV with integrated TNT, a coffee table. A very large bay window illuminates the living room,

-2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom of 11 m² with 2 twin beds in 90 * 200 (suitable for wheelchair users) and a bedroom of 11 m² with 1 bunk bed in 90 * 190 and a single bed. Each of these 2 bedrooms has a closet,

- Bathroom with a sink, a shower with a walk-in basin, as well as a toilet.
The shower is fitted with a retractable seat and a grab bar. The toilet is also adapted and equipped with a grab bar

- All our switches and sockets are placed so that a person in a wheelchair can use them without problems,

- The dishes are stored in the base of the kitchen,

- A suitable parking space is provided in the parking lot common to the Residence: If one of the people occupying the house is in a wheelchair, he will be authorized to approach the house with his vehicle as well as to leave their car parked at near the house.

This cottage benefits from an open garden of 300 m² as well as a terrace of 20 m². You will find there a garden furniture (a table and 2 benches) as well as 2 deckchairs to relax.

This house is heated with an individual thermodynamic boiler.

Calme, confort, nature

c'est notre deuxième séjour à Nodeven (le premier était fin 2012). Nous y sommes revenus car la prestation est de qualité, les maisons sont confortables et fonctionnelles ; la piscine, le jacuzzi et le sauna un vrai plus . La proximité de la mer, les paysages magnifiques et le nombre de randonnées/balades possibles en font l'endroit rêvé pour passer des vacances et découvrir le Finistère. Je vous conseille Ménéham, Roscoff, l'Aber W'rach, entre autres. La gérante est tout a fait charmante, prévenante et accueillante. On peut également une fois dans la semaine commander d'excellentes crêpes et galettes, ainsi que du fard breton maison. Que demander de plus ?

idéal pour se resourcer!

la région est très belle, tranquille, loin de l'invasion touristique! La résidence est très bien située, à deux pas de la plage et des balades. Elles est très calme, propre et bien agencée : piscine, parc à jeux, pétanque, parking, barbecue. Notre maison (8 personnes) était spacieuse, bien équipée, ensoleillée. Personnellement j'y mettrai un brise vu avec le jardin des voisins. Les dames de l'accueil étaient charmantes, toujours souriantes, prêtes à conseiller, les crêpes sont délicieuses! Nous avons passés une très belle et bonne semaine, c'est à conseiller à tous!

Du calme dans un cadre exceptionnel !

C'est la 2ème fois que nous séjournons à Nodeven sur la commune de Guissény. A chaque fois nous avons apprécié ce village situé tout près de la côte sauvage et du GR. Cette partie de la côte bretonne est vraiment exceptionnelle. Logement récent,propre et spacieux .Les installations, piscine, sauna, jacuzzi, sont un plus en cas de mauvais temps, ce qui arrive rarement ! Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse pour qui veut se ressourcer au calme et dans un cadre exceptionnel. La gastronomie n'est pas en reste et on a déniché des restaurants à bon rapport qualité/prix à proximité. Mme Le Jeune

Belles vacances

Le site est magnifique et la résidence idéalement située près du sentier côtier et des belles plages, pas de voiture à prendre pour faire des ballades. Les maisons sont surprenantes par leur conception moderne, claires, très bien pensées et agréables à vivre. L’équipement correspond également à une location de ce standing. Le bâtiment piscine/sauna/jaccuzzi est très bien conçu, très agréable pour se détendre à tout moment de la journée. L’ensemble est propre et soigné. L’accueil est chaleureux, la propriétaire propose des prestations et des conseils adaptés au séjour et à l’environnement. Seul bémol : la piscine est un peu froide et les enfants, autorisés dans le jaccuzzi, y séjournent longtemps pour se réchauffer. Du coup ils jouent souvent dedans, et surtout l’eau y perd beaucoup en qualité au bout de quelques jours. Il serait peut-être souhaitable de limiter l’accès au jaccuzzi aux adultes ou aux + de 16 ans comme dans certaines piscines. C’était notre 2ème séjour, nous y retournerons pour le calme, l’ambiance familiale, le site, la détente, les maisons et l’accueil que réserve la propriétaire.

Vacances

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le beau temps était au rendez vous pour découvrir le magnifique littoral grâce au sentier côtier qui est à deux pas de la résidence. A cela s'ajoute l'accès à la piscine, SPA et sauna pour une détente méritée après l'effort. Le logement spacieux, lumineux et soigné participe aussi au succés du séjour. Nous avons aussi apprécié le calme et le confort des lits permettant un repos réparateur. Mais surtout, ce qui distingue cette résidence d'un autre lieu de vacances, c'est la chaleur de l'accueil et la disponibilité de la gérante qui est attentive à nos demandes. Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans cette location. qui est trés confortable, piscine trés agréable, rien n''est venu nous troubler dans notre séjour. la description de la maison est conforme.Il va de soit que nous reviendrons à guisseny, et nous le recommandons pour un séjour. De plus l''accueil a été formidable et emprunt d''une trés grande gentillesse.

Agréable séjour

Le parking était un peu petit et il était difficile de manoeuvrer.La table et le réfrigérateur sont petits pour 4 personnes.La description de la location et sa situation était préçise.La location était propre et bien entretenue.Dommage que le WC n'était pas séparé et que la piscine ne soit pas un peu plus profonde.Le canapé et le fauteuil étaient confortables.Les équipement sont en bon état.
