The house was clean but the description of the property and the photos were misleading - there was no safe access to the beach [as stated in the description] unless you were a rock climber - access to the house through a very rough field - with no indication that we were at the correct property. Access to the upstairs bedroom was poor no hand rail - the down stairs bedroom was disappointing - the window mechanism was broken[we think] and was wedged closed by a towel. The net curtain hanging off the rail. There was also no place to hang clothes and had to live out of a suitcase The seating for the four people was a 2 seated settee and a single metal chair. The view from the property was spectacular and the weather was good. Directions to the property were incorrect - you needed to rely on Google Maps to find the way - roads mentioned in the instructions appeared to be different on the roads. One other item stressed the need to follow rubbish taken out to the designated place or stored where indicated (waste sorting is important). Failing to these rules the villa may result in an additional charge payable locally - there were no instructions! We had a good holiday but it was marred by the failures of description.

Concernant les quelques équipements qui semblaient manquer à votre confort, merci de nous en avoir fait part. les informations seront remontées vers les propriétaires en vue d'amélioration. Nous venons de vérifier les coordonnées GPS fournis tout est en ordre de ce coté la. L'accès vers la plage se fait par quelques marches en pierre devant la villa. Suite au soucis de la fenêtre et dès l'information signalée , le propriétaire est intervenu immédiatement. Excellente journée . Bien à vous Louis

What a beautiful modern house, everything you need us there. Superb design. Great kitchen, everything you need. What a beautiful location. We watched the ever changing tides, sun rises and sun sets and the variation in bird feeding habits. Good quiet roads for cycling.The nearest town is 3 km by road or 500m across the estuary at low tide! The town, Guissény, poses every basic need…a patisserie, a tabac press, a small supermarket, an Rx and a restaurant. Delightful.The area has beautiful beaches everywhere.

Fantastic place

The host, the house, the location - it was just a dream. It could not have been better and I am sure to come back. Front row at the bay with a nice terrace is a sundown experience of its own. Very quiet (was there first week in September). The house was immaculately clean. Kitchen is perfectly equipped - miles better of what you find usually. Communication with the host was pleasant and the welcome was warm Next supermarket and Sunday market in Kerlouan - if you bring a bicycle you can take a nice ride.

Das Strandhaus KerNy ist wunderschön gelegen. Man kann wunderbar entspannen und den Wechsel der Gezeiten quasi hautnah erleben - egal ob auf der Terrasse oder im Bett in der oberen Etage durch die großen Dachfenster. Hier hört man nichts als das Wasser, die Möwen und den Glockenschlag der Kirche im gegenüberliegenden Ort. Wirklich schön!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à Kerlouan, dans une maison absolument magnifique située en bord de plage. Le logement, parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, offrait une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer, rythmée par les marées. Chaque jour était un émerveillement, entre le calme apaisant de l’océan, les paysages changeants et la lumière incroyable qui baignait la maison.Un grand merci à Louis et à l’ensemble des personnes qui se sont occupées de nous : tous ont fait preuve d’une grande réactivité, de bienveillance et de professionnalisme tout au long du séjour.Le cadre est idyllique, propice à la détente, aux balades sur le sable et aux couchers de soleil mémorables. Une véritable parenthèse hors du temps. Nous repartons le cœur léger, remplis de beaux souvenirs.

dépaysement total

Un emplacement somptueux au calme, à proximité immédiate de la plage et de la baie. On apprécie la luminosité du logement aussi bien dans le séjour que dans la chambre à l'étage avec une vue direct sur la plage. Le logement bénéficie de toutes les prestations nécessaire pour une famille. Géographiquement, il est idéalement situé pour le tourisme. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
