One of Naples best kept secret, conveniently located in one of few gated community close to the beach and almost anything that you can think of, very safe and clean neighborhood with great amenities.
Minimum 30 days rental. Long term rental during the season maybe subject to a discount or price reduction depends on the length of stay. We also collect a one time Application Fee of $100.00 per reservation request. Please contact us for quotes for months of January until March for special pricing.
The Pavilion Club of Naples is located in West of US 41, the most sought after location in Naples with it's close proximity to the beautiful beaches of Naples, shops, a variety of restaurants, movie houses, parks and recreations, Library, a Walk in Clinic, Fitness center, almost anything that you might need.

Beautiful Condo in a Very Convenient Location

This is a lovely place. Only a couple issues: Too bad the bed in the master bedroom is a Queen instead of a King size. There is plenty of room for a King. Therefore we needed to use the second bedroom with the twin beds, whose platforms squeaked, unfortunately. Also, I needed to place foil over the window because the existing mini-blinds don't keep out the light very well. But these issues may not bother you. The pool area is small but well-maintained with quite a few lounge chairs. Kitchen and baths/showers were great. We were sorry to have to cut our stay short by a week due to the pandemic.

A great place in a beautiful area. It's close to many beaches and great restaurants. Also there's a cinema within walking distance. Malu is a wonderful host.

This gated community is ideally located close to The Pavilion Plaza and The Mercato of Naples, where Whole Food store is located. It is a very quiet community and very safe with decent neighbors.
