Large terrace and large plot of 8,000 m2
Quiet house in a beautiful valley with a spring.
Ideal to spend a nice holiday at rest.
House located not far from the beaches of the landings and the flowery coast with like city Deauville, Trouville, Honfleur, Houlgate, Cabourg, Etretat, Caen with the Memorial ....
House near the lake of Pont-l'eveque where you can do nautical activities like jetski and with the Normandy Challenge Adventure company: canoeing, paintball, trekking in mehari or solex, human foosball, sumo wrestling, adventure trail .
This house can also be rented for weekends or holidays.
Ideal up to 8 to 10 people.
A deposit check of 1500 euros will be given on arrival. It will be returned after the inventory of places of exit.

Lovely setting in countryside with good access to local village

Un bol d'air a saint Hymer

Une maison et un cadre très agréable , au clame de la campagne . Non loin du lac de pont l'évèque et à proximité de Deauville . Parfait pour un week end en famille ou entre ami ou des vacances , tout y est ! Des propriétaires vraiment charmants et disponibles dont on ressent aussi le plaisir qu'ils ont de faire partager . Croyez moi , vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Grande maison familiale top !

Une grande maison très bien équipée. Avec tout l'équipement de 1ère nécessité. Vraiment appréciable (sel, huile, produits vaisselle...) Et beaucoup de jeux (Super baby foot !!) 2 chambres lit double, et une ouverte en mezzanine avec 2 autres lits. Située entre les 2 chambres. On se sentait comme à la maison. Et propriétaire très réactif et sympathique. Nous recommandons !

Une bouffée d'air frais

Nous avons loué cette maison pour un week-end de retrouvaille de copains du lycée et cette charmante maison a été parfaite pour passer le week-end. Nous avons fait nous même la cuisine et n’avons manqué de rien car celle-ci est toute équipée. Elle est idéalement située proche de Normandie aventure où nous avons fait des combats de sumo (10min en voiture). Proche d'un grand lac où la baignade est surveillé et où l'on peu faire du jet ski. Cette maison nous a permis de nous échapper des bouchons et de la pollution parisienne et nous permettre d'être au milieu de la nature et contempler une belle nuit étoliée. Merci Jean-Marie pour ta disponibilité et ta réactivité aux messages.

Magnifique maison au calme complètement équipée où nous avons passé un magnifique weekend

La maison est pleine de charme et confortable. Nous l’avons loué pour un week-end entre filles et toutes l’ont adoré. La literie est très confortable. Elle a tous ce dont ont a besoin pour passer de chouette vacances (babyfoot, mini billard, transat, magnifique poêle à bois). La cuisine est tres bien équipée. Et elle possède un magnifique jardin. Tout simplement parfait !
