Why they chose this property
This was our family home, my father passed away a couple of years ago and we are trying to keep the home in the family. My mom and dad raised eight kids in this home. The location can’t get any better for Western NY! Fantastic sunrises and sunsets! Great beach with close proximity to bars, restaurants and town park.
What makes this property unique
Right on Lake Erie. Nice beach right out your door. Sand bar a couple of feet out. Great for all types of water sports.
