The charming spacious country house kept authentic traditional XVII century spirit. The house has a bright and spacious kitchen and 2 living rooms, fireplace, library, vidéothèque, 5 bedrooms with double cozy beds.

The house is placed 1 H from Paris and 30 min from Fontainebleau, surrounded by many little traditional French villages.

We can accommodate up to 12 persons.

We provide 2 mattresses and 2 cribs for a baby.

- Besides the main dining room and salon with fireplace, there are also 3 lounges :

- A smaller terrace behind the house, side of the forest.

- Wonderful see sight on the parklands and forest.

- Tennis court, football pitch, athletics track of 400 m.

- Spacious guarded parking inside the property, for at least 6-8 cars.

--- ACCESS ---

Guests can feel free to have the entire house for their private usage. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all basic products (rice, pasta, flour, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, butter...). They will have access to a full garden, forest and tennis court.

The building is formed of three independent attached houses. Guests will have access to one of them, the other 2 are to rent only in exceptional cases, like big family gathering over 12 people.

--- INTERACTION with GUESTS ---

One of my assistants who is working for me will be always discreetly available to offer help to the guests if it’s needed. In the beginning, we will introduce to our guests the entire tutorial of the house’s functioning.

During staying there will be always a possibility to call my assistant 24H / 7 days if guests may need anything.

The area represents the typical calm of the French countryside, it is an ideal place for those who want to escape the noise of the cities and enjoy a few days in the countryside. There are many things to visit: small towns and rustic villages with their markets (Egreville, medieval towns: Nemours, Ferrières en Gatinais ...), farms with goat cheese, equestrian centers, forests, fishing, with a river nearby from the property, beautiful walks on foot or by bike ...

- The house is located 1 hour from Paris ( 20 min to A6 motorway Paris-Lyon ),

30 min from Fontainebleau,

20 min from Nemours, where is the nearest train station (1 hour of a train to Paris-Gare de Lyon).

- We also provide a private driver service (Eco - Limousine- Van), which will be charged according to the distance of passage; Transport service for the airport, other long distances, train station transfer, etc.
