Nouvel An familial à Marrakech

Dans l'ensemble ce fut un excellent séjour de Nouvel An dans une vllla très agréable tant par la disposition des lieux que par la grande taille et l'aménagement de son jardin, sa piscine etc.L'option de "pension complète" qui s'est révélée un excellent choix tant la qualité des repas, l'efficacité et la gentillesse du service nous ont comblé.Les 2 nounous choisies par l'hôte pour la garde des enfants se sont montrées, efficaces, très autonomes, toujours souriantes: un très bon choix.La soirée du réveillon du 31 fut parfaitement réussie en particulier dans le segment pour les enfants (7 enfants de 9 mois à 4 1/2ans) fut bien adapté à cette tranche d'âge : dromadaire et son charmant chamelier, magicien, illumination de la maison. Les gnawas furent sympathiques.Comme dans tout séjour, il y eu quelques "irritants" mais assez secondaires:- Les transports : nous arrivions par 3 vols différents et dans 2 cas la voiture est arrivée avec plus d'1/2 de retard sur notre sortie de l'aérogare. Pour les autres transports des incompréhensions, des difficultés sur les lieux de RV, des retards aussi. - Des chaises de salle à manger assez inconfortables- 2 pannes d'électricité dont une le matin du départ. Absence de tout éclairage de secours autre que des bougies pour boucler les bagages!.- Prestations de massage moyennes, un peu agressive sur la demande de pourboire.Mais ceci est loin d'avoir nuit significativement à la grande qualité du séjour. Merci à notre hôte.!

Bonjour, Je vous remercie de votre tres bon commentaire et je suis tres contente que vous ayez passé un tres bon sejour et apprécié notre villa. Je souhaitais juste vous apporter une précision concernant les transports que vous aviez commandés, nous travaillons avec plusieurs compagnies de transports et c est un service que l on rend a nos client (sans prendre aucunes commissions), donc on a malheureusement aucunes emprise sur leurs chauffeurs, mais suite a votre remarque, nous n allons plus travailler avec la compagnie qui vous a transporté durant votre sejour. - également concernant les deux coupures d électricité de 30 minutes qu il y a eu durant votre sejour, c était des coupure générale sur le secteur, suite a des travaux sur la ligne que le prestataire d eléctricité a effectuer dans le quartier ou nous sommes situés (c est tres rare que cela se produise.) en espérant vous revoir prochainement

A truly enjoyable Oasis

We enjoyed the House and the Service for several days. We received a very personal and charming welcome and attention by the team throughout our stay.Everything was well organized and focused to provide us the best experience during this time. Great week, great place,very well looked after!

We had a great week at Palais Ambrine. 10 adults, 2 children. Room for a lot more. Accommodation and equipment good, outside quite spectacular. Most important was the attitude, efficiency and friendliness of the staff. We aren’t used to having people cook and look after us, and were a bit apprehensive. We needn’t have been. The food they prepared was fine fot us, and they adjusted to make sure that even a couple of fussy - plain, plain British - eaters were happy. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you Jamila and Jamal, and colleagues. Two thoughts: 1. You don’t need to hire a car. Jamal organised everything from pick up at airport to trips out. 2. Ask for pool heating to be on a couple of days before. Worth it when we went in late October. Would definitely go again.

Vacances Inoubliables

Vacances en famille (20 adultes 2 enfants et un bb de 9 mois) du 01/08/23 au 12/08/23. La villa Ambrine est majestueuse, spacieuse, et les extérieurs magnifiques. Nous avions planifiés plusieurs excursions à faire pendant notre séjour et Jamila a tout organisé : les chauffeurs (reda et anas) nous ont accompagnés pendant toutes nos sorties : 2 jours à essaouira au superbe riad dar ness, les excursions aux cascades d'ouzoud, la vallée d'ourika, le jardin majorelle et la visite de Marrakech, les activitées comme le quad à ESSAOUIRA avec Yassmine Quad, la sortie en dromadaire pour le coucher de soleil a AGAFAY et un superbe Baptême en Montgolfiere avec Ciel d'Afrique. Des repas authentiques servis et préparés par nos cuisinières Naima, Malika et Asna. Une soirée d'anniversaire avec un décor et un repas des Milles et une nuits. Un voyage Inoubliable ... Nous sommes rentrés en France avec des étoiles pleins les yeux. Vraiment Mille Merci à Jamila

Wonderful stay at a beatiful villa!

Very pretty villa with lots of rooms and facilities. The included personel did their very best to make our stay fantastic, which it was. Jamilou was very attentive and arranged almost everything for us, from transport to fun activiteis to food and drinks. The location is ofcourse not directly inside Marrakech but very doable with a taxi. Would definitely recommend! Amazing!

Groupe de 11 personnes, famille et amis en vacances pour fêter un double anniversaire. La villa était conforme aux photos et à l’annonce. Nous avons d’ailleurs tester une autre villa pour une nuit juste à côté, elle était top également. Toute l’équipe qui vous accueil est au petits soins, avec une très grande réactivité et professionnalisme qui fait toute la différence !! Réponse quasi immédiate, bravo ! Préparation de l’anniversaire avec un super décor et vous pouvez rajouter des prestations lors de la soirée, cracheur de feux, danseuses, DJ,…. Bravo à Djamel, Djamila et Frederic, les cuisinières au top également ne changer rien. À bientôt j’espère….
